A rather disappointing stay. Unfortunately, the room did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Mövenpick. There was visible dust and stains on the toilet floor, and even with all the lights switched on, the room felt unusually dim. The check-in process was also unexpectedly long. I would like to emphasize that I do not blame the receptionist; this seems more related to overall management and organization. We usually stay at Marriott Bonvoy group hotels, but this time we decided to try something different based on recommendations. Unfortunately, we ended up regretting that decision, as the experience did not match the expectations or the level of quality we are accustomed to. I hope these comments can help improve the experience for future guests.

We are truly sorry that the room did not meet the standards you rightfully expect from Mövenpick. The issues you mentioned, visible dust, stains on the bathroom floor, and the overly dim lighting are unacceptable and far from the level of quality we strive to provide. We also regret the long check-in process, and we appreciate you noting that the receptionist was not at fault. Your comments clearly indicate areas where our organization and processes must improve, and we are grateful that you brought them to our attention. We fully understand your frustration, especially since you chose to stay with us instead of your usual Marriott Bonvoy hotels based on recommendations. It’s disappointing to hear that we did not live up to those expectations, and we sincerely apologize for letting you down. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we will take immediate steps to address the issues you’ve highlighted to ensure future guests have a much better experience. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to welcome you again, as we know this stay is not a reflection of the standards we hold ourselves to.
