I have been in touch with the Mövenpick Zagreb relating a complaint pertaining to my stay with them on May 17th. We were at the reception for check in for an hour - an unacceptable delay. On entering our room it had not been set up for 3 pax - no extra bed, no towel, bathrobe, bedroom slippers etc, resulting in a further delay which was now late at night. This was all too much for my disabled Father to have to wait for so long while check in was being done and then the room not being ready when we finally got our keys - we were further disturbed late at night while the 3rd person’s bed was set up (plus the rest of the room was only set up for 2 people - towels, bathrobes etc). Having paid for an upgrade to a Junior Suite, our expectations were not met. I have spoken to the hotel directly about this and had multiple back and forth by email, but we have been unable to reach a resolution. Indeed it seems points have actually been deducted from the Accor account in the last few days which had been added by the hotel previously As a frequent user of Accor Hotels I would expect a full refund on the hotel booking due to this considerable inconvenience and what seems to be a disregard by the hotel that my Father is disabled so this adversely affects him even more. In addition, the current back and forth getting this resolved is also leaving a very negative impression.

Though located bit far from city Centre but very well connected by bus and tram network. Room was top notch, modern, great wifi. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had.
