Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and the hotel itself left a very good impression. The only disappointing moment was related to breakfast. At check-in we informed the reception that my partner couldn't have breakfast for medical reasons due to a scheduled surgery. Despite this, we were still charged for the second breakfast and the refund was refused, even after contacting management. In such situations, a bit more flexibility and understanding from the staff would be appreciated.
