This is our second stay at Mövenpick Zagreb and we are extremely happy. As our business is in Arena Centar, we are satisfied with the location. Modern facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good food. Everything was top notch! Thank you!

Very good hotel for your business trip to Zagreb. That was our second time in this hotel. The first one was excellent, however on the second visit I have some constructive notes. I sent an email before my stay requesting an iron and board for my stay and a second pillow in the room. I got no reply from the hotel, so I thought it will be taken care of likec the previous time. Not at all. Our rooms were swaped with my colleague. After sorting out the issue and getting to my room there were non of the amenities i requested. Also Seattle room needs some uplift - damaged towel hanger, loose end of the curtains, stains on the desk chair etc.

Regarding the condition of the room, we appreciate your observations about the damaged towel hanger, loose curtain ends, and stains, and we have shared these notes with our maintenance team to address them promptly. I think they have a long way to match the standards of some or the ALL Accor member hotels. The rooms are ok, but what put me off is their staff. On arrival i wasn't able to check in earlier (fine, no problem, i waited for the corresponding time), i then requested to have late check out which comes as a perk of my GOLD membership, the staff member have no idea what each membership contains, the guy at the reception told me to tell them the day before the check out (i believe because he didn't know how to put it in the system or something, completely clueless!). When I went to reception the day before it happened to be the same guy, he assured me it was sorted and added as a note. On the day i got a call on the room phone asking when am i going to check out????? I really didn't appreciate their staff and the lack of training they had. To reach Gold level requires A LOT of stays so the least they could do is understand and know what each level means. I never had this issue in London or in Milton Keynes. Left me with a sour taste and definitely won't return. The hotel restaurant was nice tho! Management needs to get their staff to a good level of training really.
