Your rooms were modern and magnificent, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept wonderfully. Of course, the bathroom was great, too! Having a fridge stocked with snacks and drinks was a fantastic touch. And even the design of the hotel entrance was beautiful. Finally, the staff were very professional, kind and so welcoming. My family and I had a pleasant night. We will come back one day.

We stayed 2 nights there, and they did not clean our room once. We called them to do so, a cleaner came 1 hour later and she was so slow where we had to tell her please leave we need to put our kid to sleep.

the Room was in poor condition (poorly cleaned)+ dirty walls -only one Set of towels -no extra pilows -no water or minibar -no coffemaker

The service we received is bad. Male guy in reception need us to bring our 4 big suitcases to room ourself. Cannot believed it is a foir star hotel. Short of toilet paper. Need to ask every day.
