The service we received is bad. Male guy in reception need us to bring our 4 big suitcases to room ourself. Cannot believed it is a foir star hotel. Short of toilet paper. Need to ask every day.

The check-in process took slightly longer because there was no dedicated priority check-in. The room was simple but comfortable, and the bed was excellent. The room was quiet, and I was able to get a good sleep.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at this well kept hotel. Easy to find and drive to, with lots of parking places. Arrived late evening, check in was speedy and efficient. Room was large, comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast, that had a wide selection to choose from. Staff were excellent.
