It started feeling like home to us whenever we entered the hotel, The Staff welcomed us and assisted us in any way possible. Location is absoulety 10/10 as it's located in the heart of Madina. Buffet is absolutely amazing and full of varieties.

Not a luxury hotel.

I booked the hotel with Accor understanding that Sofitel is their luxury brand, however this hotel is no where closer to a luxury hotel. Lifts are small/cramped, have to wait long times to get up and down. Not wheelchair friendly. Rooms are small compared to other luxury hotels. Moreover I have booked the hotel for 4 nights however I wanted to check out after 3 nights, the receptionist flatly refused to change the booked and I was charged for full 4 nights.
