Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The hotel room was not clean—the floor and bedsheets were dirty upon arrival. Additionally, the prices were quite high and did not match the quality of service or facilities we expected based on the listing.

Stayed in Madinah for 6 nights, amazing experience for the family. Fantastic location to the Masjid for both men and women and very easy for children too which helped massively. Friendly staff with amazing service. Will be back again!

On arrival, we were greeted by the receptionist Anas. He was very helpful with checking us in. He spoke fluent English which made the process easier. After the first night, we did ask to move rooms as the room felt very cold even though the AC was off, but took a few days to move us. I do understand it was a very busy few days with check ins and outs but they moved us as their earliest convenience. Nour at reception was also great, she knew the room number as soon as went to ask if there were any updates about room changes. Hotel staff in other areas were also very helpful. From room cleaners, bell boys to waiters. Friendly and accommodated to all your needs as best as they could. Room service food and drink was 10/10. Really enjoyed the meal ordered, was served better than most restaurants.

Usually stay at Hilton but decided to try Sofitel and without a doubt it was truly amazing. The entire family loved everything the hotel has to offer. From the doormen, cleaners , reception , waiters , staff… it was truly amazing. Definitely will be back. Keep it up
