A special highlight is the hotel’s internal prayer room (masjid), which offers a breathtaking, peaceful view overlooking Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. The staff made our stay truly memorable. Everyone was exceptionally welcoming, always smiling, and eager to assist with any request. Our room was spotless, neatly organized, and remarkably spacious, featuring a generous and well-equipped bathroom. The buffet was fantastic, offering a diverse array of rich, high-quality dishes from various international cultures. We really appreciated the in-room espresso machine, along with the generous selection of coffee, tea, and cold beverages refreshed throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Al Madinah for Umrah or pilgrimage. We look forward to returning!

Everything was great but the construction. The employees were great. The vallet was very helpful. Fatima at the front desk was great and abdulghani at the vallet provided exceptional services. The issue is the constant construction. I didn’t sleep at all in the morning. If you’re going to do construction in the morning, at least provide your residents with free breakfast so they wake up to breakfast not the construction noise

We had very good experience throughout the stay, easy access to Masjid Nabawi, very good meal selection (breakfast and dinner buffet), room was very clean and overall service was very good. One thing I wanted to highlight (the reason I scored 8 instead of 10) - during dinner time, they remain very busy entertaining the local VIP guests, who get most of their attentions and general hotel guests don't get that much attention/priority during that time (we experienced same two out of three nights). This is not fair and should be considered as improvement scope for you.
