Certainly we understand that it was very disappointing for you, if you expected mineral water included in your room rate. Moreover, if 5,50 EUR for a 0,75l bottle of mineral water is according to your opinion too expensive, it is comprehensible that you were not satisfied with your stay. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We are deeply sorry that we did not prepare two rooms next to each other for you. This oversight in room allocation resulted in the colleague at check-in needing a few minutes to correct the error after recognizing it. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this must have caused. The rooms you occupied were completely renovated in November 2022. It is very disappointing for us if our rooms already seemed ‘old’ to you, only after 13 months. Regarding the television, we consciously decided against disposing of the TVs that are only 5 years old during the renovation. We understand, of course, if 5-year-old TV devices are perceived as old, but we accept this as it is also a resource-saving measure. We also regret very much that you missed a minibar. We can only ask for your understanding that minibars unfortunately do not belong to the standard in our economy hotel. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Unfortunatly we had a team event on your arrival date and therefore we had staff from another Accor Hotel in Graz and it seems that was the reason, why you were not satiesfied with the staff at all. It seems that we did not train her enough for offering a better service and we really want to apologize for that.
