The Heating and Air conditioning wasn't working for noth our days and inspite of multiple complaints all we were told is that they'll get it checked, which never happened. They don't offer you the welcome drink unless you ask for it. Breakfast was fine, room was good..

Unfortunately our AC system is not state of the art anymore and does not always meet expectations. We are very sorry if our colleagues did not explain you how the controller in the room works, in order to come as close as possible to your personal level of comfort. We are currently exploring options to upgrade the system, but please bear with us that this will take some time. We also regret for the annoying delay in providing you the welcome drink, this is certainly not the way we want to treat our highly valued ALL Silver Members. We will remind our staff to be proactive in this matter under all circumstances. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome thanks to the wonderful Ms Kristina, who is a treasure and a real asset to the team! The welcome we got from her was better than at some 5 star hotels. Such a genuine and nice person! She immediately made my day! When we arrived in the room, we found a welcome amenity and a welcome note (written in my mother tongue) signed by the FO manager Katarina. I was completely surprised and delighted by this as I never receive a welcome amenity and note at Ibis hotes. This hotel really makes you feel valued and appreciated. This is how you get loyal customers. My next stay is already booked! I can only confirm what I wrote in my first review last year: when you book a Superior room, which I recommend wholeheartedly, you are truly getting a 4-star experience in this supposedly 3-star hotel. There is a Nespresso machine in the room, as well as a fridge and a safe. The rooms are perfectly quiet as they are facing the peaceful backyard. What more do you need? And the breakfast... oh my, the breakfast! Those little sausages wrapped in bacon are incredible! Mr Muster, you are doing a fantastic job here! Thank you so much for everything! I really, really love this hotel and can't wait to return!
