Tram 6 and buses provide quick access to the city center, main station and Stadthalle Graz. Kaiser-Franz-Josef-Platz (opera) is a 13-min. walk from TU Graz. I booked the hotel for short stay the receptionist Constantine was super helpful. The room was nice especially pillows were confortable but I think the breakfast was espensive and also the parking.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Cleanliness and service are on a high level. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable.

Another incredible stay! I truly feel at home at this hotel. The staff are among the best I have ever encountered, providing such personalized service that it puts 5 star hotels to shame! Remarkable people, truly, especially Mr Marko at the front desk, who is so friendly and nice and is a true asset to the team. And, of course, Ms Katarina, who prepares such wonderful tokens of appreciation for me every time (the welcome amenity was simply incredible, I'd never received anything like it in Europe - thank you so much!). They both made me feel like royalty and who wouldn't return to a hotel that makes you feel like that? And, above all, the amazing General Manager, who always makes sure I get my favourite room. I've never had a GM reply personally to my emails. It leaves such a good impression and the guest really feels valued and not just like another number in the booking system. I take nothing that I've mentioned for granted, I appreciate the way you treat me so much and couldn't be more grateful or happier. Thank you so much for such wonderful treatment! P. S. I was positively surprised by this Ibis Styles Hotel which was the best Ibis hotel I visited thus far. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Marko at the reception provided great and welcoming service at the arrival. Breakfast was really really good! Much better than at other Ibis Styles hotels that we visited.
