Simple and uncomplicated Hotel

Experience was good and what I expected. Since I was put of the time, I needed only stay overnight. I chose non-including breakfast since they are shops around the Hotel. Staff are friendly.

The room was really good. The only exception would be the shower looking unclean.

When I check in,the lady is very kind.But she is so busy.In the check-in time,she is not in the front.we need to wait in the lobby.

Well located but need attention

The hotel is well located in the town of Graz. The room it self needs some maintenance and attention with some items worked out and not operation as intended, for example the shower head can not go on the space created for it and the shower door did not close properly.
