In those 5 days we were there it was clean, the staff was very nice, the location is near the center so it was super for us to explore anything by foot.

Everything is alright, except that the morning before check-out, the cleaning lady kept on knocking on my door every hour despite the fact that guest check out time is before 12 noon. Perhaps, ibis should start cleaning process at 11am so that the cleaning staff would not have the habits to knock on guest's door as if one needs to check out at once after the first knock.

Good location for getting into the centre of Graz but also quite a buzz in the evenings in the immediate area. Breakfast was fine and plenty and as expected.
