Tidiness should be improved, even took a picture from the dirt on the floor in my room. A colleague been in that hotel 2,5 yrs ago and told me already ahead that i might not be the cleanest place, he was right

We have mentioned that we need a sofa bed in the reservation and surprisingly it has already been made when we arrived. Candy bear, chocolates and a toy were given as gifts to kids by front desk. What a nice welcome! Very friendly and helpful staffs in the restaurant also.

Stayed last week on a business trip. Location is excellent. Markets, public transport, and attractions are nearby, and the main station is not far. However, the hotel feels dated, rooms are small with an old vibe, and the atmosphere lacks freshness. Staff service is average, and parking spaces are tight. For the price, the value is missing. Overall: Great location, but not worth the cost. Rating: 4/10

Can say, as usual, hotel is in good condition, clear, polite and effective staff, good breakfest, even within very busy environment (lots of guests together), bar relocation was good idea
