The arrival was nice and the female receptionist with tattoos/jewellery was very friendly. However, afterwards we were rather dissatisfied, because our room wasn’t prepared for two persons even though booked accordingly. The housekeeping which after notifying the reception made the second bed ready was very unfriendly and basically interrupted us in the room. Also when we checked-out the next day 10 minutes before the usual check-out time, we were informed to hurry-up because the next guests arrive soon…Overall, these experiences lead to the feeling of not being so welcomed. The breakfast was okay-ish and the rooms were clean and spacious but could need a little bit of an update. The floors before the rooms were very dark and unfriendly.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) and had booked two rooms. However, one of the rooms was clearly prepared for only one person. There were not enough towels, and we had to wait a long time for additional ones. First, only small towels were brought, so we had to call again and ask for a large towel, which meant I could not take a shower after a long trip. The key card for the room kept demagnetizing and stopped working several times during our stay. The bed linen was very worn out and even torn in some places, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. At check‑out, the reception initially did not take into account that part of the stay had been paid with loyalty points, so we had to explain this and show the Accor All program to correct the bill. The welcome drinks at the bar were good, but the choice was very limited. Overall, I am not sure this hotel really deserves its 4‑star rating.
