Great location, just a short walk to the center, also the underground parking was a huge benefit, friendly staff, super comfortable mattress. What can be improved is that the hotel doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel, the entrance and rooms furniture more feel like a nice 3-star hotel and can definitely benefit from a face lift! :) Also the restaurant was not working for dinner which is what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel, especially when you arrive in the evening, and it would be comfortable to be able to eat in the hotel rather than looking for a restaurant around.

The hotel is well located and the staff was friendly and professional. We found the bed of quite poor quality. Particularly the pillows felt cheap and uncomfortable. Furthermore, it appears the hotel centrally arranges heating and there was no option to turn it down. We found it very uncomfortable over night as it became very hot. It was the same in the breakfast area where we really felt it was too warm to comfortably enjoy breakfast. A bit of fresh air would have been appreciated.
