Housekeeping very bad , food very cheap I mean quality of the food not as we familiar with Rixos. Reception not responding. Check in not good as five star resort. The villa was very dirty

The resort fancy and good but the service not good hard to find golf or anyone serving you and the service on the beach so slow

I like the place alot The employees are helpful But i have small comment When i checked out i ask for a bellman to take my bags i waited 30 minutes and he did not come then i went to reception and wait there again till the bellman get my bags Overall i enjoyed staying in this awsome hotel

The receptionist was not welcoming and got non of hospitality concept of Rixos around the world. The Bar service was below the expectation with too much delay ( the surprising thing that they were avoiding eye contact so not to serve) The Bed was full of bugs and room was not clean up to Rixos standard. And I requested extra blanket it took 2 hours to bring dirty one with very bad smell blanket. The hotel full of people they got access because of the shisha coffee down stairs so the admission of all inclusive concept not any more valid. The restaurant was very disappointing At the dinner the quality and the variety was shocking, not up to Rixos standard . At breakfast I requested an fried egg and the chef said it will take some time, I gave him 20min Then after he prepared everyone except mine (the answer I forgot your order) The lady waiter I advised her that no orange juice she replied I bring it to you ,then after sometime she served all the tables around me except my family. And she was avoiding the eye contact with me. So I had to walk to her to ask her about my family juice. (The answer I forgot). Really I felt like no one except the pool side staff happy at this hotel and they love what they do Customer service training is required and quality assurance and a periodic audit is required. I am very sorry for this hotel. Because the last 3 visits showed that it has potential as promising escape resort in Jeddah.
