Our stay at Rixos Obhur Jeddah was absolutely fantastic and exceeded expectations in many ways. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive (especially Mansoor at the check-in desk). He was flexible and really made us feel special throughout the entire stay. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with a clean and elegant design that made it easy to relax. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with a vibrant yet peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the food/entertainment/kids club. There was a wide variety of delicious options every day, and the quality was consistently excellent. The all-inclusive concept made everything so convenient and stress-free. We also loved the facilities, especially the pools and the beach areas. It’s a perfect destination for families. Overall, the combination of top-tier service, great food, and beautiful surroundings made this a memorable experience. We would definitely come back again. You get what you pay for!!

Really good experience, food and bed berry good. Negative point noise of the plane and too much music at the pull after the water bike course.

From the early hours of the morning, it was evident that your staff operates like a well-coordinated beehive meticulously caring for every detail, from trimming the trees to maintaining the water features and lush green areas with great dedication and pride. Allow me to extend special thanks—by way of example, not limitation—to Mr. Khalil and Mr. Ashen, as well as the entire team at Turquoise Restaurant. Their professionalism and warmth were consistently evident. I would also like to commend the trainers, Wassim and Kazusi, along with the yoga instructor, Ms. Shahad Al-Ghamdi, whose energy and commitment added great value to our stay. And Mr. Reda from beach side. Also Orient restaurant staff. My appreciation also extends to the guest relations team, the front office staff, and the café team in the hotel lobby. In truth, every single member of your team contributed to making our stay memorable. This level of excellence clearly reflects strong leadership, high morale, and outstanding management. One of the most memorable highlights of our stay was the open-air beachfront buffet dinner on Friday night. The ambiance, the fresh sea breeze, and the overall atmosphere created a truly special and beautiful experience that elevated our entire visit. Without a doubt, this resort will become a yearly destination for me, and I will wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.
