We stayed for two nights at the hotel, and I had several issues during my stay. First, I booked a poolside room, but the room was not actually by the pool as advertised. I also faced problems with room organization and housekeeping; even after requesting service multiple times, no one showed up. I requested an extra bed and water, but nothing was provided, and I had to order water from outside the hotel. Any request we made took more than five hours to be delivered. Additionally, the water irrigation sprinklers near the stairs are quite dangerous for children and the elderly, as the water collects on the steps and creates a slipping hazard. Overall, the Kids Club was the best part of the stay for me.

I checked in at Rixos with high expectations, as always. Unfortunately, from the moment we entered the villa, the experience fell short. The main hall bathroom was not functional, and one of the rooms had an unpleasant smell coming from the carpet. We requested maintenance and housekeeping to address these issues, and despite multiple calls and follow-ups, only the bathroom was fixed while the carpet odor remained unresolved. We also asked to change the villa, but our request like many others was ignored. To be fair, Ms. Lujain Abdullah was the only staff member who made us feel like valued guests. She demonstrated professionalism, followed up on our concerns, and ensured maintenance was sent the next day. Her efforts were the only positive aspect of our stay. Additionally, even the buffet food was cold the following day, which added to the disappointment. This is not the Rixos experience I know. Having stayed at several Rixos resorts abroad, I did not expect such a poor level of service.

Late check in at 5:30 pm as they are preparing the villa, and I asked for late checkout at 2 pm only allowed! No ice available, hand tag pracrlete I complain from the soft opening to be replaced as it is once is tight it’s annoying needs to be cut off and that is dangerous for kids. There was a leaking in one of the toilet and was smelling badly. Phone not working in all rooms! Golf cars not frequently available, food quality is decreasing compared to the soft opening. I attended the soft opening it was much better than now!
