Warm and friendly staff who accommodated us , especially with the extended times due to our flight disruptions. The children enjoyed the friendly kids club staff. The food and desserts were really good. Unfortunately the only downside is the band which you are required to wear- it is a little too long and tends to get in the way, especially during meal times.

Disappointing Experience – Far Below Expectations for a Premium All-Inclusive Resort
We booked and paid for a premium pool-view room, only to be given a room with no actual view of the pool. This was disappointing, especially considering the premium we paid.
To compensate, reception offered us lunch and a late checkout until 3 PM. However, we had already arrived around 5 PM on our first day, meaning we missed lunch that day anyway.
What frustrated me even more was the so-called “all-inclusive” experience. Throughout our stay, we never used the café near the main restaurant. When I finally decided to grab a coffee and some snacks toward the end of our stay, I was questioned about why I was using the facility and faced unnecessary restrictions. This is certainly not what I would expect from a resort marketed as all-inclusive.
A few other disappointing experiences worth mentioning:
* Baby travel crib: I had to call three times before it was delivered.
* Drinking water: I had to call three times and wait nearly three hours just to receive water.
* Dining options: Despite having several restaurants on the property, we were restricted to eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the same restaurant during our one-night stay. This makes the all-inclusive concept feel extremely limited.
* Food quality: The food was decent but certainly not exceptional. I would rate both the variety and quality 7.5/10, which is below what I expected from a resort of this standard.
Overall, the experience fell short of the premium hospitality and service we expected from Rixos. The lack of attention to basic guest requests, restricted dining options, and misleading expectations surrounding the room category and all-inclusive package were particularly disappointing.
When guests pay for a premium, all-inclusive experience, they should receive exactly that—not spend their stay chasing basic services or questioning what is actually included.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would find it difficult to recommend this property at its current price point.

We enjoyed our stay at Rixos Jeddah, but unfortunately, our expectations were not fully met.
Upon arrival with my family of four, we were not greeted or assisted with our luggage. Our room was also not ready when we arrived around 2 PM, and we only received access around 3:30 PM, without an upgrade or compensation.
The room also had some wet spots and a few hairs in the bathroom.
On the positive side, we really enjoyed the swimming pool and the all-inclusive experience, which was our first and overall a great experience.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay but expected better service and room preparation.

A quick weekend break away from Madinah.
We recently stayed at Rixos Obhur Jeddah Resort & Villas on the all-inclusive package and absolutely loved our weekend.
The standout for us was the service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive and helpful throughout our stay, and really made us feel looked after.
The buffet food was quite good, but the Turkish dinner was fabulous and definitely a highlight. We also loved the pools, particularly the adults-only area, which was such a lovely place to relax. The staff looking after this area were especially wonderful.
The only real disappointment was the outlook from our room. We looked directly over a rooftop area with rubbish, dead plants and dry grass, which was unfortunately very unattractive and not what we expected from a resort of this standard.
It was also a VERY expensive weekend — probably close to three times the usual price. We are assuming this was because we stayed over the Saudi National Day weekend. At that price point, the poor outlook from the room was particularly disappointing.
That said, we genuinely loved our stay. The resort itself is beautiful, the service was fabulous and we had a wonderfully relaxing weekend. If we can get a much better rate next time, we will definitely be back!
