No one came to take your luggage when we arrived. First red flag. Reception staff were just so cold. Not felt too welcomed. They were just like a matter of fact.

Our stay at Rixos Obhur Jeddah was nothing short of fantastic, and we cannot recommend it highly enough for families. Everything was perfect, from the modern and comfortable rooms to the top-tier service. The food deserves a special mention – it was truly incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious and high-quality dishes every single day. We were also very impressed with the facilities; the pools are wonderful and well-maintained, and the sports and children's areas are exceptional, providing plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. However, the real heart of this hotel is its staff. From the porters and receptionists to the guest relations team, kids' club animators, and chefs, everyone was exceptionally polite and professional. We would like to give a special shout-out to the incredible dining team: Sumit, Binisha, Samuel, Dhanlal, and Ashen. They greeted us with warm smiles and kind words every day, making sure all our wishes were met with the utmost care. Their hospitality truly made our stay feel special. We hope to return and see them all again soon. This is an outstanding resort for families, and we highly recommend it!

Had a great stay in this hotel. Highly recommend for their customer service especially from Sumit and Dhanlal, they were always warm, cheerful and attentive. Sumit was always keen to serve. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. There are plenty of facilities and they are clean and well maintained. Our daughter loved going to the kids and teens club as there were full of activities and friendly staff. We will go back again.

I stayed for 2 nights, i choosed the hotel after they canceled our flight, it was a great choice i didnt know what to choose but it went great i choosed Rixos for the reputation of luxury i always stay in Rixos everything was great there , we enjoyed the stay , food , the view and the luxury details , i felt like home it has a cozy & luxury vibes , and if I come again jeddah you will be my first choice inshallah. All staff were friendly there and willing to help .
