Shared with the management the feedback below but have never received the reply Quote: We flew to Jeddah specifically for a short resort stay and chose Rixos because of the premium, tranquil beach experience presented in the hotel’s photos and reflected in its positioning. Unfortunately, the experience has been substantially below what I expected at this rate. For clarity, the following issues occurred during our stay: The beach and designated swimming areas are very small and significantly more restricted than they appear in the hotel’s photos. In fact, at the deepest point of an adult-only area, the water barely reached my waist because the swimming zone was so limited. Upon arrival, nobody informed us that there were separate family and adults-only beach areas. I specifically asked beach personnel twice whether there was another area for swimming and was told that there was not. I eventually discovered the adults-only beach myself. As a result, I spent a significant part of the day on the crowded family beach, despite specifically looking for a quieter swimming area. At the adults-only beach, rubbish and used towels had been left throughout the area, to the extent that I could not find a clean sunbed. I eventually had to move a sunbed myself while two members of staff were nearby, without any assistance being offered. At approximately 18:30, I was asked to leave the beach, despite the hotel stating that beach access is available until 20:00. Other guests remained seated around me. The steam room in the spa was not operational. I requested a towel for the room, waited approximately 30 minutes, and ultimately had to leave the room and collect one myself because it was not delivered. A significant portion of our very short stay, booked specifically for the resort experience, was therefore lost. I have already checked out, so an upgrade or another complimentary hotel benefit would no longer be useful or adequately address what occurred. Given the rate paid and the issues described above, I ask Rixos to propose an appropriate financial refund for the stay. I would appreciate a response from management at your earliest convenience.

Since we arrived till we left, everything was comfortable and well arranged and staff members are so friendly. I recommend the management to add stricter rules regarding the pool. For example using specific materials or fabrics for pools! Because I witnessed some families allow their kids to swim with normal clothes!! Which negatively impacts the overall situation

Food, rooms, entertainment very good. Especially thanks to chief mr Sinan and Serdar.. they always interested with us but food were always good. Turkish restorant is not good we ordered baklava but it’s not baklava :) lamb barbecue was very dry. At sea two iron nail there. I already alert the guys but I don’t know they fixed it not .. honestly beach is not enough good but end of day I’m very happy to stay at your property.. thank you very much..

in the very beginning I was not happy with the check-in as I was in a different room without sofa bed , but very soon they corrected the issue and gave me the requested room. It was a wonderful experience. The staff is great, they go above and beyond to Make sure the guests are satisfied. Few improvements I recommend: more variety of snack at the pool. At third day, same sandwich and fries gets boring. The food is great when the buffet is open. But when it almost time to close, the food is dried and cold. This should be improved for guests eating late meals. The rooms were clean and neat. The only issue i saw was the mold in the bathroom. Around the bathtub and on the floor ( corners). This should be addressed as well.

Like the stay, the room, and the facilities. Food buffet could be much better. Orient restaurant is good, wish the buffet was similar. I lost a bag that contain swimsuits and pool slippers and it was lost in the lobby of the hotel and just came back 1 hour after and could not find it. Requested and raised my concern with the team and they said it might be taken away by housekeeping and I said ok take your time and left my name and number but unfortunately until today no one called me for it. 6 days passed.

it was good experience, my kids enjoy. but the issue was the lunch, dinner and breakfast was so bad and was one of the worse food i have ever eat

Overall amazing stay with family. Everyone enjoyed the all inclusive stay and Rixos did it very amazingly. The food, staff. Room and all recreational activities were amazing. Indeed we are coming back soon with friends and family.
