2 main things to address and fix that made my experience not comfortable as I expected 1- booking through Accor app was not feasible for 3 bed rooms villa for total family of 3 adults and 3 childrens ( this was feasible through booking app ) 2 -the shower in master bedroom villa was leaking all over bathroom floor and made it wet because bad flooring design These 2 main things other than not availability of child crib as showed in website mad this experience not comfortable as I expected from Rixos
