I am writing to share my feedback and experience during my recent stay at Rixos Abhur. This was my third visit to your branch, and as a loyal Rixos customer for 13 years worldwide, I was disappointed. Two months ago, I rated your place 5 stars, but this time was the worst experience ever. Most of your staff displayed aggressive and surly attitudes. Specifically, Mr. Omer, the driver of Gulf Car, treated us as if we were his employees. Our family of six was told he must wait until the car was full, and when I asked him to inform us if he would wait for others, he spoke to us rudely. My villa number was 124. At 12 p.m., I requested to check out, but our luggage didn’t arrive at reception until 1:30 p.m. Also, Mrs. Nadia in the lounge refused to bring a small cake for my 7-year-old child at 12:06 p.m., stating it was our checkout day. I explained that we hadn’t checked out yet, and my membership allows late checkout, but she insisted on a firm no. I was truly shocked. However, I must thank Mr. Samuel, a waiter, who was amazing and hardworking. If I had more employees like him, my company would be much better. I cannot express enough my sadness and anger over this experience. Thank you.

Complicated booking, no variety of food , dinner and lunch were not as expected, shows are boring, kids club no much activities. Very slow service ( ordered turkish coffee and had to wait 30-40 min each time) snacks are limited. Good pools good lifeguards attention, toilet’s door on the lower level is full of rust. Overall acceptable one night stay but expected a service similar to rixos resorts at UAE and Turkey but unfortunately not the case. Expected better variety and quality of food and snacks, more activities at kids club , and full service at the spa but not. is room of improvement with better staffing maybe. Location is perfect. Overall clean.
