Megértem, hogy üzleti tartózkodása során az érkezés, a számlázás és a kommunikáció terén gyorsabb, egyszerűbb és gördülékenyebb ügyintézést várt. A számlázási folyamat összetettsége miatt kollégáim folyamatos képzésben részesülnek, hogy az ügyintézés minél pontosabban, gyorsabban és rugalmasabban történjen. Kollégáimat folyamatosan tréningezem, hogy az ALL-tagok számára nyújtott előnyökről minden esetben pontos és egyértelmű tájékoztatást adhassanak. Sajnálom, hogy a teltházas foglaltság miatt az ALL Platinum tagoknak járó érkezéskori upgrade-re és korai bejelentkezésre sem volt lehetőség és emiatt csak a lefoglalt kategóriában tudtunk szobát garantálni, de éppen ezért választottam Önnek a 4. emeleti legkedvezőbb elhelyezkedésű szobát! A terasz tisztaságára vonatkozó észrevételét továbbítottam a Housekeeping Managernek, mert a tetőterasz elhelyezkedése miatt annak tisztán tartása fokozott figyelmet és folyamatos ellenőrzést igényel. A Wi‑Fi hozzáférésével kapcsolatos jelzése alapján azóta elvégeztük a szükséges javításokat. Empty soap and shower gel upon arrival. Full plates, coffee and juice was taken away during breakfast, while we were waiting for the pancake machine to be refilled. The pancake macine was always empty and ee every time needed to aks the waitress to fill it up. Good thing she did that immediately. Cuttlery was nowhere to be found, outside on the terrace tables were not set. No spoon was provided for the cereal, nor for the joghurt. These issues might occured due to lack of workforce but truely were unpleasant. Shower cabinets are not sealed properly. Water flows all over the bathroom.
