Mon séjour au Hyde Hôtel de Dubaï a été tout simplement exceptionnel ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie avec une chaleur et une gentillesse rare. Le personnel de l’accueil est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et prêt à répondre à toutes les demandes avec une attention sincère. Chaque moment passé ici a été marqué par la qualité, que ce soit la cuisine raffinée et variée ou les équipements modernes et parfaitement entretenus. Très bel hôtel mais situé en bord d’autoroute, très bruyant si vous allez sur le balcon et la vue n’est pas top. Aucun restaurant à proximité en dehors de l’hôtel, mieux vaut être véhiculé. La piscine est beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos. Pas de fer à repasser et de sèche-cheveux, un peu décevant pour ce type d’hôtel. La literie est de qualité, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Pas de possibilité de se connecter à Netflix ou autre prestataire. Le parking est gratuit. C’est un bel établissement qui convient à une clientèle d’affaires plus qu’aux familles. Nous avons néanmoins apprécié notre séjour.
