Jai prévenir la réception que j'arrivais plis tard que prévu suite a un problème sur mon vol arrivée a l'hôtel surprise c'est complet j'ai dû insister et évidement ma suite était libre depuis la début car j'avais payé donc pour résumé une gestion du management très nulle

It is unacceptable that the shower head was not working, that belongings from previous guests were found in your room, and that housekeeping did not meet the standard of cleanliness you rightly expect.
