Superb hotel with spacious and luxury decorated and furnished rooms, like a palace not a hotel. Great atmosphere in the various common areas and staff are extremely helpful and actually help resolve issues like my laptop power adapter I forgot to bring. Prime location on the Palm and good value for money compared to other 5 star hotels

Pamela and myself spent 28 nights in RAFFLES THE PALM from 18 Nov --- 16 Dec 2025 and was absolutely stunning in all respects The location was very good with both city and sea views Housekeeping kept the hotel immaculately clean and hygienic with constant cleaning and personal room service was first rate Porters and front of house staff were always friendly smiling and helpful Security staff were always readily seen and out and about Chefs were amazing and the preparation and presentation of all meals was first class they would prepare any diet request instantly Dining room staff were so friendly helpful and ensured your needs were met at all times Customer services and concierge were so helpful in any request made with immediate response Outside spaces were kept clean and tidy with well maintained gardens When we arrived we did not know any staff but at the end of 28 days the highest compliment we can pay them is that we treated them all as our friends We could really name every member of staff but that is not possible but the individuals we had most contact with are named below Butlers --- Eric Valintin Allen Security --- Ganesh Udit Rajesh Gurkiritt Concierge --- Nur Rhea Anelka Customer Relations --- AnnaLina Ruben Aizat Tina Malik Housekeeping --- Sherrat Kamal Kristel Front of house --- Ezekiel Daniel Bilal Ola Peter Gerald Shehan Janaka Hussien Chrisanto Alaa ( with golden coffee pot) Le Jardin --- Manish Ranjeet Aakash Manisha Gusille Mahadi Dev Ali Joleana The respect friendliness care and help we encountered was exemplary at all times VERY MANY THANKS TO YOU ALL KINDEST REGARDS JOHN AND PAMELA

Amazing stay at Raffles the Palm, where the whole team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The service offered throughout is first class and a special mention to Husna in the Raffles Club for being friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Isuru, our butler, also offered exceptional service and responded to our every need; he was always really responsive to requests and also made time to chat to us over breakfast each morning. The hotel is finished to a high standard and the room/suite was spacious and immaculate. The pool, beach and restaurants were also great and can’t wait to go back.
