Sofa bed wasnt prepared although we asked one week earlier to prepare as we would arrive really late and with a baby. Reception tried to charge the room although was paid in advance.

When arriving to the hotel the check in was fine, got to our room and was very disappointed on how dirty it was. The bedside table had coffee stains on, but no coffee making facilities in the room, floor was dirty and the curtains were heavily stained. Asked reception to organise a clean which happened the next morning and again not cleaned properly.

Had AC problems on the hottest day. Had to ask to fix it twice. Finally it got fixed but the stay was uncomfortable until the AC started working. Some personal items got melted due to the heat. The price of the room was very high due to the concert happening, and the stay did not meet the price whatsoever. The room also wasn't super clean and the drains were clogged.

Perfect central location for exploring the city, walking distance from train and bus station; very helpful and welcoming personnel; charming design; the facilities are still fresh, the linens and towels perfectly white. The only thing is that the overall room cleanliness is a bit lacking, definitely need to shorten the time in between general cleanings - the dust buildup in the corners, noticeable limescale on the soap dispensers (the shower and tap clean at the same time), mold starting on the shower.

We had two rooms reserved for two families. 2nd room did not have the bed ready for kids and it was almost impossible to prepare the bed afterwards. They were unable to make the bed in three hours during the evening while we were having dinner and our friends were forced to make the bed for kids themselves after the dinner. The staff did not take responsibility and blamed another company that apparently is responsible of the room service. Overall, a very bad experience. We made the booking a couple of months in advance. We’ve stayed in this hotel many times but now we will never return.
