We stayed two nights and were extremely impressed with the quality of service. The hotel is well located (we stayed there 2 years ago for figure skating championships) for exploring Kaunas.

Room not cleaned well with dirty floors and dried urine still on toilet seat on arriving amung other issues. Bedsheets stained and triggered allergies. Room thermometer not adjustable and set to a very high 24 degrees and was usually hotter in the room than this. Windows need to be open to survive the temperature, but street noise outside is very high. Internet connection slow, unstable and constantly drops out when attempting to stream. Reception/dining area was frequently either closed or unmanned. Only positives of the stay are it is well located to the train station and bus routes.
