Ibys Styles Kaunas Stay 25-25.03.2026, room 407 1. During booking I specially selected option - quiet room in upper floors. And got a special welcome gift from hotel - connected room for disabled people. There was only one thin door between my and neighbor room. Just after arriving my neighbors arranged late night event with loud conversations and laughter. The noise insulation was so poor, that I heard every word and even every breath. I had early wake up next morning and important meetings, so I packed my things and went to reception (calling was not possible - read below). There my request for room change was completely denied. Result - sleepless night and awful next business day. 2. There is phone in room, but it is useless because of missing information how to call reception and other services. 3. Hotel is using polyethylene foil under the sheet, presumably to prevent bedwetting, but it causes noises and heavy sweating during sleep. 4. At around 9am in the morning room service just comes in room without knocking. And comes out without apologies. 5. There was information in Agoda site that parking is free of charge - finally I paid for 15 EUR for it. 6. Brakfast and cleanless were good. Overall awful experience in Ibis Styles Kaunas. Think twice before booking.

We made a booking through the Gribuatpusties.lv. Our booking package included family number, 15% discount at Ausra SPA etc. Unfortunately the receptionist gave us a double room. And when I went back to the receptionist and objected, she said other guests tended to sleep all in one bed - me, my husband and 12-year-old son!! Luckily, the room was changed to a family number, but we didn't get the discount voucher at the Ausra SPA.
