Been here 5 times. Always a pleasure wlaking in to the hotel to be greeted in the best ways. Very Nice restaurant and bar. Great and very clean rooms. We really enjoy the good atmosphere in the restaurant, and the food is great. The snack menu is a must upon visit!

a bit surprised the sauna and spa cost extra breakfast not so good vs other LT mercure/novotel chain a bit surprised parking is not free as per website a bit surprised room card key cost 10 eur to replace ... these surprises really not inline with the rest of accor group

Overall ok. Desk service for regular guests could be improved, f.i. prepare check-in papers (information at hand), prepare also check-out - this takes way too long. Rooms could be updated.

A really calm atmosphere, Nice staff and good Food. Rooms are really clean. Free pakking in front off hotel. Very central and quiet. Rooms are equipped with a great working desk. Breakfast is a little scarce, butt still good. Staff are really helpful in case of any enquires.

The hotel is having a nice location and it’s easy to find. Rooms are comfy and bright. even the bathroom had a big window. Online booking didn’t let me add 3 persons but it was easily solved through email and they put an extra bed for a kid 😊. Sad we couldn’t manage the Spa...next time for sure. Really friendly and helpful stuff.
