The stay was alright, however the bathroom was not entirely clean - the drains are quite clogged and the toilet seat was not entirely cleaned. Also on Google Maps it says there's free parking, however upon arrival they ask you to pay EUR 10 to be allowed to use it.

Noisy and cold rooms due to bad windows

The first room I was allocated was cold and noisy because the windows were not double glazed and did not fully close. I could hear traffic constantly. The coffee machine did not work, either. The restaurant and bar was closed apart from for breakfast. It was therefore impossible to even get a cup of coffee or a bottle of water. Breakfast itself was poor quality food and fruit compared to other Ibis hotels, and when I asked for my room to be cleaned at reception they looked at me as if I was crazy and did nothing.

We appreciate your comments, and will look into the situation to ensure the windows are properly maintained to minimize noise and improve insulation. We also regret the coffee machine and the restaurant being unavailable outside of breakfast hours. Soft drinks and other beverages are available 24/7 at the reception, and we're sorry this wasn't clear during your stay. Additionally, we strive to provide a variety of options at breakfast, and we'll review this with our team to improve the quality of our offerings. As for the cleaning request, our policy is that rooms are cleaned if there is a "cleaning" card on the handle, or every fourth day during the daytime. We apologize for any confusion and will make sure our staff is more responsive to such requests in the future.
