I stayed at the Ibis Hotel with my two kids, and overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has all the basics you need for a comfortable visit. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was fairly simple but offered enough variety for everyone to find something they liked. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the bus station and within walking distance of the railway station. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel, with several buses providing easy access to different parts of the city, which made getting around very convenient. Our room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I initially had some technical issues with my booking and later needed to change the dates of our stay. I contacted the hotel, and the staff sorted everything out immediately. They even moved our stay from weekdays to the weekend without increasing the price, which I really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with particularly helpful and accommodating staff. We’re definitely choosing the same hotel on our next visit to Kaunas.

Perfect location. Just missing power sockets next to the bed and bathroom tiles are slippy.

Overall a great hotel, the only issue was the air conditioning didn't work, just the fan. Other people I traveled with had the same complaint. I've heard that sometimes the AC won't work if the window is not completely closed so that might be why.

The hotel has a brilliant location. The reception girls are super friendly and very helpful. But the only negative is that the the cleaning is done only every 4 days.
