The room was to small and the room temperature was not controllable, too warm for sleeping. The breakfast buffet for 15 euro had limited options. Several times the bananas were already gone at 7:00 AM. At check-out on Friday there was a mismatch between the printed invoice and the Credit Card deductions. The staff promised me to resend an updated invoice the same day. That didn't happen and I had to email the hotel on Sunday to get it resolved. The parking was okay and the location in the city centre.

Nice hotel in center. Check in was smooth and fast.

Reception was good and check in od and room was just fine. Garage is great and convinient for business guests. Breakfast was fine and only missing was Birchermuesli!

I crashed here one night in September-2023 as my friend's couch was not working for me. The room is a bit small, but I slept like the dead on the soft mattress. It was right next to the train station, art museum and shopping area so it was easy to be a tourist from there. I very much appreciated that there was a gay bar across the street. Would absolutely recommend to the fairly budget traveler who's ok with a smaller room.

We stayed with our 3yo for 2 nights. Location of the hotel is perfect - short stroll from HBF if you’re arriving with the IC. More importantly there’s a lot to do and see around with the child. Children museum is just next door, nature history museum is 5 min and the Zoo 10 min walk. Room was ready for us already around 14:00 and we go the large room 630. The lobby of the hotel is new and modern, we had drinks in the evening there. Rooms however are a bit older and soon will need refurbishment- however in our opinion price is also accordingly adjusted.
