Stayed for 3 nights - room was roomy, clean and comfortable, nice ocean view. Good workout room and food was great at the restaurant. Items to improve: the rooms do not have waters available without having to pay mini fridge costs, the phone in my room was not working, no English channels on TV

The staff definitely was very friendly and willing to solve the issue we had, first night we found a roach inside of our room. They exchange our room but the kids bed was ripped no well maintained at all, they gave us a bigger room as courtesy in the second night. A few issues: If you check in after 7pm there is no one to carry your luggages. The phone in one of the room didn’t work. As I said the staff was fast and responsive for all the issues. The hotel need to be attentive to this small details that makes a huge difference.

Hotel is new, beautiful and well located. Pillows and sheets bellow average for hotel. Service at the reception and breakfast not so good. Hotel bar and service were great
