The staff definitely was very friendly and willing to solve the issue we had, first night we found a roach inside of our room. They exchange our room but the kids bed was ripped no well maintained at all, they gave us a bigger room as courtesy in the second night. A few issues: If you check in after 7pm there is no one to carry your luggages. The phone in one of the room didn’t work. As I said the staff was fast and responsive for all the issues. The hotel need to be attentive to this small details that makes a huge difference.

Hotel is new, beautiful and well located. Pillows and sheets bellow average for hotel. Service at the reception and breakfast not so good. Hotel bar and service were great

This was one of best Novotels l’ve had the pleasure to stay in. Appears to be a recent construction, but its the design thats a stand-out. Equally outstanding and noteworthy of praise are all the staff l came across; from the porter/concierge, check-in house-keeping, restaurant and bar. Even with a language barrier , service was better than most 5* hotels. I was impressed on arrival by the porter’s genuine desire to assist me. I usually carry my bags, but in this case that wasn’t gonna happen. Check in was quick and efficient. The way it should be! The facilities at this hotel were great. Amazing roof top pool and a better-than-most gym which was also spacious. Breakfast was amazing. Just remember to take your sunglasses… My only critiques were a) no safe in my room and b) no kettle. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a modern comfortable stay with attentive customer service. I would definitely stay again.
