We stayed at Novotel while attending a Christian conference in Recife and could not have been more pleased! Going into the trip, we had little to no knowledge of Recife and what to do in the area. When we asked the concierge desk about how to fill our free time, Gabrielle was INCREDIBLY warm and friendly, going the extra mile to recommend activities, make last minute room adjustments, and be a warm and welcoming face in a foreign country. On top of accommodating staff, the breakfast buffet that is offered is an actual dream come true. So good that most days we went twice! Would recommend Novotel to anyone who will listen- from what we saw and experienced, I would say it is the top tier/safest place to stay in the area. So enjoyed our stay!
