Dear Nils, Thank you for yet another thoughtful review and for being such a loyal guest every month. The perspective of someone who visits regularly is especially valuable to us, because you see the details that occasional guests might miss. We are glad the switch to vibrating pagers made a difference at breakfast that was a deliberate change, and it is good to know it is being noticed. Your feedback on the table clearing speed and the heat near the windows during sunny mornings is well taken and will be shared with our F&B team for immediate review. Regarding check-in and check-out times: we hear you. A guest who comes every month and consistently finds the process slow deserves better.
