The accommodations are very old and the floor was kind of dirty. There was this smell of sewer impregnated since the hall way outside the room until the inside the room. The bathroom was also very bad, old, seemed dirty and the roof was leaking all the time. The position of the shower was very strange, by the roof, if you wanted just a simple shower without getting your hair wet, it was impossible. The soap and Shampoo were very poor in quality. Overall I would never stay at this facility again.

Bad experience. Urine odor in the mattress.

Upon opening the room's door I was impacted by the strong urine odor coming from the inside. Right away I realized this would be just one more experience of sleeping in a mattress smelling urine all night long. I consider this an easy issue to solve to the level of the Ibis hotel, but its staff has chosen to simply overlook it. Bad choice Ibis. The room facilities are in fair accordance to the charged price, so that staying overnight would be a good experience, if it hadn't been for the urine vapor getting into my nose affected with rhinitis that night.

The room is small, but kept clean. The breakfast was good and the night we ate in the dining room we had some of the best salmon we have ever had. Service was slow, but the end result was good.

I always go to IBIS hotels as I like them and feel right in them, but this one was extraordinary! Wonderful! Loved it! Excellent restaurant is so nice to have available when you arrive tired after a long journey. Beautiful design and layout. parking service very efficient too.

Clean and comfortable room (but it’s time to change that mattress), extremely attentive staff, and still the best breakfast among all Ibis and Mercure hotels I’ve stayed in.
