I want to complain about the conflicting information between the Accor website and the hotel staff during my recent stay in Recife. I was explicitly told beforehand that frente breakfast was included, but this was denied upon arrival. Additionally, while the website told I could have a 6-installment payment plan or 3-installment limit when I arrived at the hotel, I was completely barred from splitting or deferring the payment at check-in. This unexpected financial shift disrupted our travel plans and negatively affected our mood. Please ensure your website and on-site staff are aligned to avoid misleading future customers. I look forward to seeing improvements in your information.
