I want to complain about the conflicting information between the Accor website and the hotel staff during my recent stay in Recife. ​I was explicitly told beforehand that frente breakfast was included, but this was denied upon arrival. Additionally, while the website told I could have a 6-installment payment plan or 3-installment limit when I arrived at the hotel, I was completely barred from splitting or deferring the payment at check-in. ​This unexpected financial shift disrupted our travel plans and negatively affected our mood. Please ensure your website and on-site staff are aligned to avoid misleading future customers. I look forward to seeing improvements in your information.

Localização é ótima. Café da manhã padrão, com todos os itens de boa qualidade. Quarto super limpo. fiquei 4 dias e limparam o apartamento 2 vezes. Ar-condicionado funcionando. chuveiro quente funcionando. Até a pia tinha água quente. Não tinha cheiro de mofo em nenhum espaço. Nem no hall, nem nos corredores ou no quarto. Nem parecia cidade litorânia que chove muito. frigobar não era servido, mas tinha itens na recpção e supermarcado perto. Internet boa.
