I was put in a room without daylight and view of the garden. I asked to change and they told me my dog couldn't take the elevator. I have a service dog for freakin anxiety, I paid for her as I couldn't speak Portuguese and no one spoke English and they stuck me in a cell and said no to change it. There were many short curly hairs in the sink and a used soap in the shower. Booked this hotel out of convenience. We'll never again.

We spent the night here before a morning flight. There was an issue with the first room and the girl at the reception desk didn’t hesitate to help and immediately got us another room without any questions so we found the staff very nice and accommodating. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Would happily stay again next time we are flying out of Recife.

We have stayed here a number of times over the years as it's convenient for the airport and comfortable. The remodelling going on at the moment didn't affect our experience. Friendly and helpful staff member at check-in and good service throughout. We will be back.

This hotel is moderately priced and is very close to the airport. If you’re driving be sure to get good directions as GPS doesn’t take you there but to another location nearby. Very nice and professional staff at the reception. The room was adequate but we found bugs crawling around. Overall a fair stay, as long as you don’t mid encounters with local bugs.

Comfortable roommates, however it is noisy (rooms separated by dry wall). Restaurant gets closed by 10:00pm and bar remains open, however guests cannot seat on the tables for drinks. Seats on the bar very limited.

It was one night stay to catch the flight the following morning. The room was good enough for one person, the breakfast was wonderful. The only maybe is the location, it is very close to the airport, but to get there you have to cross two huge busy avenues. This can be inconvenient for some people.
