The hotel is located close to the airport, but the soundproofing in the rooms is poor—you can hear the roar of the airplanes. All the room photos on Trip.com showed a balcony, but our room didn't have one. The room didn't feel cozy to us. The furniture felt rather cheap and outdated for 2026. However, the pillows were soft. As for amenities, slippers were provided, but they were awful quality—extremely thin and not soft at all. There was NO dental kit or shaving kit in the bathroom. There were also no instructions on how to order them (though I thought Mövenpick was an above-average hotel brand where these items should be provided without having to request them). There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it’s nothing special—just a typical menu you can find in countless Turkish restaurants. I chose this hotel because of the brand name, but it feels like the name is all it has. I don't understand why Mövenpick keeps this hotel in its chain and damages its reputation.

It was nice staying at this hotel. Being close to the sea was great for taking walks in the evenings and mornings. I was satisfied with the variety and taste of the breakfast. It was also convenient that the bus stop was nearby, but since you would probably use taxis more often, it can be a little expensive, as the steep hill can be difficult for elderly people. A little more attention should also be paid to the cleanliness of the towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has bad furniture bad lightning & poor AC , due to this bad experience I decided with approval from the hotel manager to change my stay to only one night, the hotel return my money for 4 nights then charged me for only one night 10-11 July 2026, I checked out @ 11 July 2026, however I surprised @12 July 2026 that the hotel charged me again for 4 nights after my checking out in addition to the payment of one night that I payed at 10 July 2026 I need your support to refund me with 4-nights back (kindly contact me for details) Regards, Fahad A.

I stayed in Room 409 from June 22 to June 26. Unfortunately, I forgot my hair dryer in the room. I checked out by returning my key card at around 9:00 AM, then went shopping, and finally left the hotel at around 12:00 PM. After I realized it was missing, I contacted my travel agency representative, who contacted the hotel reception. I was told that nothing had been found. However, I am absolutely certain that I left my hair dryer under the bathroom sink before I checked out. I kindly ask the hotel to check Room 409 again and carefully inspect the area under the bathroom sink. This hair dryer is very valuable to me, and I would sincerely appreciate your assistance in helping me recover it.

A distinguished hotel in a prime location by the sea, with easy access to most areas in Trabzon. Parking is available, the service is excellent, the room size is comfortable, and we received a room upgrade. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

There was no room upgrade although I’m a platinum member. I asked about the welcome drink and no one knew about it. I went to the restaurant next to the lobby and no one knows anything about the welcome drink. When I went to the reception they said they will send something to my room but nothing was sent. I tried to get a late check out one day before the final day and I got rejected. The breakfast is good but the service could be better. For example, there is no one to ask for the room when entering. There is no one to ask if I would like a coffee or drink. Nevertheless, the room is clean and the hotel has nice furniture.
