We were there for 5 days, 3 people, 2 rooms. Busra, Adem and Serdar and the cleaning staff were all excellent people that made a strong impact and impression. Food was excellent. Being in Türkiye is always delightful. I do think that the one area that was not pleasurable was the gym and the people that work there. If it wasn't for the awkward experience, my rating would be higher. The rest was great.

My stay at Novotel Trabzon was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the sea view was amazing. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the spa and pool facilities made it A. great place to relax. I highly recommend leisure stays.
