The reception and welcoming bellboys are wonderful, all of them are so professional that they can see from the guests' stance and looks that they have a request, and they all seem to have been carefully selected, none of them are well-dressed. I would also like to thank Sedanur and Bushra for their warm welcome and their kind and sympathetic behavior. No one else can have these valuable staff.

Thank you very much Ms. Sedanur. Her interest, smiling face and hospitality were very good. The hotel is clean, nice and spacious. Most importantly, the front desk team is great. When the welcome is good, the rest is not important.

The hotel is very good, a smiling welcome is great, the reception is very polite and friendly, you feel like you are at home. It was a clean, spacious and elite stay. The spa center is very nice, we thank Sedanur for her interest and attention.

Vladimir Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

I like Novotel hotels for comfort and good sound isolation. Novetel Tranzon was not an exclusion from this rule. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well. Which is most important. But the hotel didn’t feel like real 5 stars. And it requires some renovation.
