1)Payment wanst consistent with total amount on the Accor App. 2)Bad customer service. Disagreement with waiter. 3)Room items insufficient for a 5 start hotel. No conditioner, no slippers, no spoon, stir straw, no tooth brush. 4) Terrible hot chocolate. Made me re consider having being loyal to mercure. Seriously considering IHG or Radisson membership.

The main drawback is the **room views**\. Some rooms have limited or less attractive views, so I would recommend checking the view carefully when making a reservation, especially if the view is important to you

Stayed for 3 nights during my trip to Trabzon. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with a clean room, good furniture, and a nice breakfast. There are just a few minor areas that could be improved to make the guest experience even better: 1.Elevators:There are two elevators, but they do not seem to be synchronized. As a result, guests often call both elevators, which makes the system less efficient. Synchronizing them would help the nearest elevator arrive faster and reduce waiting time. 2. Housekeeping/Room Service: On the last day, I requested room cleaning, but unfortunately, the room was not cleaned. When we returned late in the evening around 10 PM, the room was still untouched. We had ordered room service from the restaurant, and the leftovers were still in the room. I called both the front desk and room service twice to request that the leftovers be collected, but no one came. Apart from these points, the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

The location is a problem, not been at a walking distance to anywhere. 10 min taxi to airport and 25 to town, not close to any beach or decent restaurant. The facility was excellent, clean and tastefully appointed. Superb staff. The hotel, the restaurant and “bar” are alcohol free and it should be indicated on the hotel description

otel çok kalabalıktı sanırım, yandaki odada yabancı misafirlerin (Türkçe konuşmuyorlardı) baba ve çocuğun birbirlerine bağırtılarını aralıklarla yerimden zıplayarak duydum… Sadece kendileri olduğunu zannedip ortada saygısızca gürültü yapan tiplerdi muhtemelen… (alışmışlık da olabilir- nasıl olsa para bende kimse birşey söylemez uyarmaz mı acaba?)
