Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The first night was a little disappointing as we were given a room on the 2nd floor, where we had to walk through a smoky corridor even though we had requested a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, the cigarette smoke still entered our room, and even our clothes ended up smelling of smoke. I requested to change to a room on the 1st floor, which is non-smoking, and the receptionist promptly helped us with the room change. We were very happy and comfortable with our stay thereafter. We were also very satisfied with the hotel’s sustainability efforts. We especially appreciated the water dispensers placed at convenient locations, allowing guests to refill the glass bottles provided in the room. It is a simple and practical way to reduce the use and disposal of plastic bottles. We also really enjoyed the live traditional music during breakfast, as well as the live singing performances at night, which added a very nice atmosphere to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we will definitely consider staying here again when we next visit Pontianak for a business trip.

I like the place . I think the hotel is located in good location and entrance area are nice also have a big pool. The only thing I don’t like is the management. I booked months ago for connecting rooms and I emailed them specifically ask for connecting rooms but they answered is they can’t promise a connecting rooms basically just like try your luck when you check in . Guest what when we check in there is no connecting rooms just two separate rooms which we absolutely don’t want but this is how they manage. Bad management!

Front Desk: Outstanding service! The reception staff showed great patience and care, helping me correct an online booking error (canceling 2 extra rooms booked by mistake). Room & Housekeeping: The room was spacious and comfortable. Note: The living room and bedroom lights are linked together, so one person can't keep the light on while another sleeps. Rooms were clean, but housekeeping times varied—delayed on the first two days, and coming too early during breakfast on the third. In-Room Dining: Beautiful presentation, but most dishes were a bit too salty (except for the chicken nuggets, which were great). Breakfast: Rich variety with delightful local music! Teh tarik and Turkish coffee were amazing. Staff were friendly, though kid's utensils were sometimes short in supply. Pool: Large pool and kids loved the Saturday activities! However, the water was slightly cloudy, and many guests swam without proper swimwear. Kids Corner: Very limited toys (mostly just plushies and blocks). Overall, a lovely stay with great staff. We will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Indonesia!

I love overall services offered except for waiting for the iron as it is not provided in the room. The bell boy, guard, the receptionist & F&B staff are the best. Very professional, helpful & polite.
