​I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Novotel Pontianak! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. I stayed here with my wife and children, and it was truly a meaningful staycation for all of us. The kids especially loved the swimming pool and the breakfast spread was impressive. Everything about this experience was top-notch. Highly recommended for families!

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with my stay in Room, as my experience was not satisfactory. The bathroom drainage was not functioning properly, which caused water to accumulate on the bathroom floor. This appears to be due to the position of the drain being higher than the floor level, preventing the water from flowing smoothly. This condition is concerning, as it creates a slippery surface and poses a potential safety hazard. In addition, the hot water for both the shower and the washbasin was not working properly during my stay, which significantly affected my comfort. I sincerely hope these issues can be addressed promptly to prevent similar inconvenience for future guests and to improve overall room quality. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It was a pleasant experience staying at Novotel, which remains one of my favorite Accor properties. The breakfast selection was satisfying, and I particularly appreciated the modern design of the lobby and the second-floor elevator area. The access-controlled door to the room corridor also enhanced the sense of security during my stay. It would be even better if the hotel could consider adding aromatherapy in common areas to create a more pleasant ambiance. Additionally, cleanliness can be improved slightly, as I noticed the floor in the room was somewhat dusty. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I look forward to returning.
