Went here for business trip but end up with family staycation. We took standar room include breakfast, and add dinner. The dinner was so fancy with affordable price, variatif menus, the staff were so friendly. We ate (for dinner) : all-you-can-eat : meat barbecue, pancake, many Thailand foods, desserts, we love all the foods. Keep up the good wordl Mercure Pontianak!

Staff at entrance always there to help us. Generally very polite and respectful staff. That's the Indonesian hospitality for you. Buffet breakfast not so satisfactory. It's less than professional for the past 7-8 years that I have been staying there. Fruits can be mushy and not peeled properly. There seems to be insufficient staff to replenish the foods. The dim sums were salty and poorly made. Coffee & porridge were good. Strange that people have to go thru coffee house to get to the pool. It's a basic functional hotel, in a good location. Next to it is the best Megamall in Pontianak. They have everything you will need. They open at 10am.

All was well. But, there is one my inconvenience. My shower hose was broken, so water pressure in that shower was not maximum.

Actually I love to stay longer here in the hotel, unfortunately have to go home to Lampung. Frankly to say that Marcure hotel was very good to stay here, it was a clean room, bed, bathroom, floor etc. Nice and yummy breakfast with traditional food of Kalimantan and some bread/snack. Overall was lovely
