This is not my first time stayed in this hotel. I choosed Ibis Pontianak because this hotel nearby Mega Mall and nearby my meeting place. This hotel quit clean, their staff very friendly and helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Pontianak. The overall experience was excellent, the room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the service was consistently friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to Tere at the front desk for her warm and efficient check-in, and to Mr. Jeffrey, the General Manager, who was always helpful and courteous throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality truly made the difference. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers visiting Pontianak.

This would be all good experience if I wasn’t taking long wait while checking out, waited almost an half hours, and the guy forgot to return my deposits. He might be trainee so no wonder, however the reception lady on check in was excellent.
