Being a Gold member i booked the hotel to have early check in around 10.30 am , but i had to wait till 12:30 to get my room then what's the point of membership ,Member upgrage was not available, it was just a stay.Mememberhsip perks was not at all usefull.

The hotel is located at a vey central location. Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, Collosseum, Roma Termini all are walkable. Rooms are very clean but small. The balcony was nice. I believe the breakfast could have been better but what stands out is staff's behaviour. We were travelling with an infant and our train scheduled at 11pm. They arranged late checkout and allowed us to stay till 9 pm which is unbelievable. I am very grateful and happy to stay at Mercure Roma Termini.

Enjoyed our stay in your very clean hotel. Great location for business and city trip. Very friendly staff. Bit disappointed by the room with only 1 small window without a view.
