Our flight arrived in the early morning hours. The team was very helpful in offering to take care of our luggage for the day and informed us via WhatsApp when our room was ready early for check-in. We were very happy with their service.

Boutique hotel feel with 5 star service. Relatively small hotel but felt very homely with the customer service from the front desk to the client experience team. The friendly gentleman in the parking lot assisted me all the way from the outside of the hotel to the reception and even brought me a bottle of cola while I waited at the reception for check in. Small actions but was definitely what made me very happy about the experience at the hotel which I have not experience in a while. The guest experience team really helped made my Valentine's Day with my girlfriend a very magnificent experience with the flower petals, the small love shaped cake, and the handwritten letter from the team. Really was a top notch for the both of us. Will definitely recommend this gem to others looking for a great hotel with an amazing harbour view.

Booked the stay around 10 p.m. and checked in half an hour later. Despite the last-minute reservation, the team handled everything smoothly and upgraded me two categories to a Signature Skyline King on the 35th floor. I had called ahead to confirm room availability, and the staff were prompt in assisting. After check in there was a minor issue with the keycard that needed reissuing, but it was resolved quickly. A welcome bottle of red wine was waiting on the table, which was impressive given the time. Something of note, the blackout curtains in the room open automatically whenever the keycard is inserted. All rooms face the harbour, and the view from mine was quite stunning. The team at Avoca stood out—great energy, excellent drinks, and a fun, relaxed atmosphere that matched the brand’s lively character. The welcome drink experience at Avoca is really amazing. Breakfast the next morning was à la carte and outstanding with quite generous servings. Overall, Mondrian Hong Kong impressed me with its modern design, confident service, and unique vibe. The brand feels fresh but professional, and I left already looking forward to the next visit.

Request for room upgrade since I’m a gold Accor Was turned down . But a friend of mine with gold accor was upgraded to a bigger room who check in later than me
