The room are very small for 4 people. The position is quite comfortable although there was no possibility to park at the hotel due to construction works.

Dear Mr. Melia , Thank you for your review . We are one of the few hotels in the city center that has its own parking spaces and underground parking. These are available in limited numbers and cannot be reserved. However, there is a public parking garage only about 100 meters away from us. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. A night stop on a road trip in Europe. Slow check-in and difficult to find a solution for parking the car. Great room, but breakfast a bit disappointing for a Mercure standard. An older hotel but absolutely correct. Well situated in the center of the city.

We are one of the few hotels in Lübeck city centre to offer parking spaces and an underground car park. Please note that our underground car park is limited and for larger vehicles we recommend the public car park opposite at a cost of €12 per day. We are surprised to hear that you were not satisfied with the breakfast as we usually receive positive feedback from our guests. We greatly appreciate constructive criticism as it helps us to initiate optimisation processes immediately. Please let us know what you thought was missing from our extensive breakfast buffet.
