We stayed with Sofitel Westlake from 28 Nov to 1 Dec 2025 via Accor platform. We were greeted by Samir at the entrance and he helped us with our heavy luggage without any hesitation. The check in went smoothly. Our returning flight is in Yiwu Airport. Realising its far, concierge Tim helped us with the booking of our taxi for 1 Dec 2025. It was a relieved. Breakfast was excellent. Special shout out to Sojita. She greeted us and showed us to our table. Got us our hot tea. She is so friendly and nice. Makes our breakfast memorable. We had buffet dinner at the hotel. The lady in black, Nancy remembered us and greeted us sincerely. While having our dinner, concierge Tim came over to confirmed our taxi order for q Dec. A must to mention is your housekeeper, Chen Xia. She is very deligent and thorough with her work. Very fast worker. Came up from breakfast and our room is all done. Very professional and personal touch. Mr Zheng, the manager knew we love the hotel's Longjing tea, sent us more tea to enjoy. We were so blessed to have such a team to look after us during our stay. We felt so special and loved. I will definitely recommend Sofitel Westlake to anyone coming to Hangzhou. Thank you guys!

We stayed at the Sofitel Westlake Hangzhou for a family trip, and the location alone makes this hotel a standout—right across from West Lake, with easy access to all the main sights. You truly can’t beat being able to walk out the door and be at the lake within minutes. The hotel itself is a bit dated and could use some refresh in certain areas, but the service more than made up for it. From reception to room service, every interaction was warm, attentive, and professional. A special mention goes to our chamber maid, Jiang De Hua, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. She made sure we had everything we needed, and her care and attention really elevated our experience. Overall, despite the décor showing its age, the combination of unbeatable location and impeccable service made our stay excellent. Would happily return.

三天的住宿體驗令人驚豔。從Concierge、Reception counter、House keeping到餐廳服務員以及酒吧的小姐姐都十分親切有禮，似乎深怕錯過你的需要。自己走過的國家住過的酒店不算少，但從沒有看過如此高昂的服務意識。太太和我已開計畫明年春天或秋天再到此住一段時間了呢！ Our three-day stay was truly amazing. From the concierge, reception counter, and housekeeping staff to the restaurant servers and bar staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous, seemingly eager to see what you needed. I've stayed in many hotels across the world, but I've never seen such a high level of service. My wife and I are already planning a return stay next spring or fall!
