Firstly, our fridge was not working from the first day we move in. I reported it. But they fixed it just one day before us checking out for a 1 week stay. Food waisted as well. Secondly, in two occasions our door was locked and we couldn't get access to the room. We waited at the reception for almost 30 minutes. I helped to fix it as it was only an issue with the batteries of the door that should have been replaced. .
