The staff was polite and welcoming- night staff were supportive and reactive. Staff at the restaurant was polite too. Service and food was great. The only hick- the A/C in the bedroom became faulty and it was a struggle to fix it. I would have liked to be offered another room then.

Well located, comfortable stay, friendly and reliable staff from the Hotel reception: Mr Tony, Mr Fiston,Mr Patrick( if not mistaken) were of great help when I needed to extend my stay or any other informations. From Nomads: Warmth welcome from Mme Maya, as I was mostly there in the afternoon Mr Elvis was the greatest to accomodate my vegetarian diet, Mme Zizine even made sure one day that I had some fried vegetables cooked as the buffet had fish in the veg. It was so pleasant that I went alone and invited friends to share the wonderful food and experience. From Kaukau: Mr Josué Ikamba was very nice and gave great service when I was sometime enjoying the Congo River view. For the 3 times I ordered room service Mr Abed was the best. Thanks for Mme Jessica who I met twice to clean my room. And the friendly security guards. The only issue i had was the phone ringing once for no reason in the morning before 10 and/or sometimes the knock at the door whilst the skip the clean was put to let me rest. Maybe this is the reason why I did not put a 10 I came to NOVOTEL as I sometimes stay for 2 to 4 days just to rest (only in february that I became a member the rest of the time I was just paying or using booking.com) it is familiar when I need a reset and after 14 long days of intense work and stress ,I needed a comfort which felt like Home, so I came for 1 night which turned to 10 ☺️ Best Grace K. For the money being charged, the hotel is extremely basic. the room service really needs to understand the importance of speed. I believe the menu is also very limited. However, the breakfast spread was good.
