All is good here until the staff starts running behind you to pay even if you are still staying in ! In a commercial world it's said " customer's a king " ! How do you run behind a king who stills enjoying his kingdom ?? Do you really trust your clients??? Are you aware that you are one the best in town ?? Please , that doesn't look good from your standard ! The lady named Jered was really professional

Loud music at reception, swimming pool and lift, breakfast area , very annoying. We're paying hotel to get some rest, not to listen stupid music

I stayed there for four nights. I checked in late at night on the first. Had ordered room service and had food in the room that night. I was out mostly on the second night and came back and saw my room wasn't done at all. On the 3rd night expected it'd be done when I left, it never got done, in the evening I called the reception and informed them that my rooms not done since the first night I dotn understand why,told them im going to the rooftop for dinner and drinks and pls should be done when I come. I return at midnight and guess what! nothings done still. Called again and told them what is this sevice and im a platinum member, they said sorry sir we will send someone now, at midnight really? I told them no need I want to speak to the manager tomorrow. Come morning, someone came to do the room in the morning, I then went to the manager and told him iv been here sleeping three nights with nothing at all done for the room is this how u serve your guests, it ended with ill check what happened and sorry and that was it. Nothing that you would maybe feel guilty and apologetic and maybe even offer something to the guest and make them feel better. But it was seriously horrible! I've been an all member and always stay at pullman and this time I thought let me do novotel since I do novotel in lubumbashi and its great but kinshasa really disappointed me

There was no single towel in the room during check-in.There was no toiletries either.i called house keeping 30minutes before getting in the bathroom. I took my shower for about 20minutes and my husband kept dialing housekeeping but they weren’t answering and the call was getting diverted to the reception who kept assuring us that house keeping would be at our service soon. Keep in mind when I asked for towels the 1st time, I mentioned that I want to shower and requested them to be fast.Long story short, a single towel was brought about 2 hours later(our reservation clearly indicated 2 guests) I had waited in the bathroom, with nothing to cover myself for a very long time until the water dried up and changed into my pajamas. The kettle in the room(room 615) was leaking from the bottom which could easily burn your guests. I also suspect the room wasn’t cleaned and inspected before we checked in. No value for money in regards of the information mentioned above.
