On the plus: - Good location. - Upgraded room. - Good staff Can be improved: -breakfast buffet is limited in quality and quantity; it takes time to replenish the buffet. - Hygiene is questionable: I saw birds on the food served as buffet (a little disgusting!) outside. - Ordering omelet was messy; check how Hotel du Fleuve does it and imitate them. - Loud music until late night. Horrible!

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Your suggestions are important to us, and we've shared them with every member of the management team and with the people in charge. With regard to quality, quantity and supply, in order to respect quality, we produce all the food on site to serve it fresh and hot, which implies regular and not fixed provisioning. Nevertheless, the chef will review the buffet service schedule. Accor, being a group participating in the protection of the environment in its program "PLANET 21" we can not cut the trees in the Hotel and therefore avoid the birds, we avoid the escape of birds in our restaurants and this is not always obvious because it is nature. What we do, if you've noticed, is to create little hollow plates on the trees and put food there for them on a regular basis, otherwise we have a bird escape in our restaurants. Our Technical Director has just climbed into the 801 to take a close look at the hot and cold water problem, and plans to do a detailed follow-up over a few days to see what's causing it. At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
