Well located but not a 5 stars

The staff is welcoming and polite. The hotel definitely needs some improvements. The hallway on my floor smelled humidity and needs to be repainted. The simili wood floor in the hallway and bedroom is noisy. The soundproofing is nonexistent! I could distinctly hear what my neighbors were watching on television and all their conversations The bathroom has terrible finishes! I think the plumber who fixed the faucet was a bad trainee. There is barely enough space to place one’s hands under running water. The glass shower panel is not straight. Water gets to the bathroom floor and into the bedroom unless you have a bathroom carpet to collect the water. There was a small hole in the bathroom wall, next to the toilet paper holder…..The 5 star rating is beyond my understanding! I have so many negative comments about the facility and service!
