Hello, I stayed for an extended time at the Pullman - and i can attest how friendly the staff is - from management to housekeeping - everyone will do their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! It will be hard to name all the staff here - but i would be remiss if i didnt mention particularly Mr. Marcos, Norblaise, Ariane, Alliance, Fernod, Douglas, Elda, Heritier, Eben, Yves, Nicholas, Lilith, Laeticia, Gregoire - and the housekeeping staff from the 7th floor! Thank you everyone for making my stay a wonderful experience. I was not home sick - you guys made me feel home! Merci

My family and I spend a full week at Pullman Kinshasa. Despite some annoyances (I.e room keys that constantly deactivates) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet just delicious

Good hotel, convenient location, quite busy with coming and going of guest and seminar attendants. Breakfast was OK, but coffee taste below the standard you would expect. Too bad renovations were ongoing from 8 AM till 6 PM on the floor above my room, but that’s only temporary of course.

Nice atmosphere, very good breakfast but very poor restaurant

I'm visiting the hotel since more than 3 years now, and it has always been good! However this time the quality of the food has decreased dramatically. The extreme small size of the pork rib was almost an insult. I complained about the size and within less than 3 minutes a new one was brought to the table. This can only be explained by the usage of a microwave and this is as well the reason why the meat was well done instead of medium. I will not elaborate on the ridiculous thickness of the dough of the pizza which was to massive. I hope next time this will improve because this way the hotel will lose customers, that's very clear! The rooftop bar is clearly a very nice additional asset for the hotel. Well done with very good sushi! Breakfast obviously suffered from the Covid impact but is still good! Very nice vanilla ice cream however the apple 'tarte' could have been re-heated in a conventional oven in order to make the crust again crispy. I'm critical this way because the rates charged are high, and for this price level I'm expecting a better quality (32$ for the pork rib and 18$ for the 'tarte fine aux pommes)

I could pay all the bill with my credit card, i try 4 times the last day. 2 lifts on 3 were not working I didn t get my reward point creditwd yet, i should have got the platinum status

The staff was very nice. Unfortunately my room wasn’t clean and I didn’t realize it until the next morning. The bin was not emptied from the previous guest and I told that the staff at the reception and nothing was done. Didn’t even offer a coffee or else. Not very hygienic especially during a global pandemic!

Staff are friendly and helpful. The premises are green and spacious, which was excellent for social distancing. The location was perfect for business. It was safe to jog in the morning on the road along the river. The river view from the window was breathtaking with the view of Brazzaville town - the closest two capitals in the world. Sushi on the 9th floor restaurant is probably the best in Africa. I am Japanese and I know what the good sushi is ; )

Arrived Wednesday evening.. was put in a room at the back on the 5th floor. There was an issue getting the Wi-Fi signal in the room. Switched rooms Thursday morning. Thursday night power cut in my room.. slept without power. Friday morning 2 people had to come fix it. I was not going to change rooms again! Had same issue Friday evening with power cut. Had a scary elevator experience too.. the elevator just stopped responding. Reported it at the reception when it finally went all the way down rather than the 9th floor from the 7th floor. Did not use that elevator till i left. Conflicting news on when the pizza and grill restaurant closes. I was told 9pm so could not order at 8.45pm. Next say got there just before 8pm and was told it closes at 8pm and could not order... Arrrrgggg Breakfast was good... good variety.

The staff is absolutely amazing! The customer experience manager Laetitia is wonderful as well as her entire staff. Arthuro at the front desk is incredibly helpful as well. Their breakfast never disappoints and I miss it every day that I am not there. Prisca behind the omelets/hot bar is absolutely wonderful. The other ladies, especially Arlette, also made sure to help me quickly on days I was running late to grab a coffee to go and a croissant or two. When I checked in Proserphine and her counterparts always remembered me and made me feel SO welcome. I refuse to stay anywhere else when I am in town!

The staff makes me feel at home. The alarm went off and it took a long time to fix the problem. I'm sorry to say that this hotel is not making up the promise of 4 stars. That is why I have chosen to change hotel, I went to Hotel Fleuve Congo.
