High time to focus on listening, service and actions. I continuously had issues with wifi, tv channels (one day ok, the other day not working), several phone touches do not work (housekeeping ,maintenance, concierge etc). On my last day, I requested a wake up call at 4am and never received it. As I was not having breakfast, I asked for a sandwish, I never received it. I re asked at 4:30 as the airport transfer was at 5am, they said it will take too much time! If a simple sandwish with ham cannot be done in 30mins, better close the restaurant. This is really inadmissible and above all in a difficult environment, do the extra mile. When leaving hotel so early, no need to ask, have already coffee with some croissant at reception. Is this costly? Make the difference! Other issue, I received a proforma for the room at USD210, however when we pay by Visa card, it os converted into local francs at their higher rate, and the room came up to USD240!

The room was ok, clean with good linen and fresh towels. Overall the room was expensive, but no complaints. The restaurant food is very poor. My starter was inedible, the main overcooked. Very slow service, and very expensive. The lobby bar is even worse. Rude staff, an hour wait for a pizza with no apology, and a $150 bill for very poor food and service. I think the catering and service lets this hotel down, and could easily be improved
