Enjoyed the stay, good amenities and facilities. Courteous and helpful staff. Staff helpful on the reception and extra caring. However completely dissatisfied by the time take for service delivery in the restaurants and cafes. Value of items is high but is felt dissatisfactory due to much more time taken in serving. Basically means value for money goes down because of high waiting time.

I stayed at the Pullman in Kinshasa for about a month and a half for a work trip this spring. The service was friendly and accommodating, I felt very welcomed. Having breakfast outside every morning was a pleasure and the perfect start to my days, with an extremely friendly breakfast staff that I got to know during my stay.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The premises are green and spacious, which was excellent for social distancing. The location was perfect for business. It was safe to jog in the morning on the road along the river. The river view from the window was breathtaking with the view of Brazzaville town - the closest two capitals in the world. Sushi on the 9th floor restaurant is probably the best in Africa. I am Japanese and I know what the good sushi is ; )
