Hotel well located with a prominent image in Kinshasa. Whilst I was excited to discover the new rooms of decor of new Pullman, my excited ended after my first night as the services deteriorated significantly there after 1) Very long walk from the room to breakfast. I understand this is a challenge and the hotel might not be able to help on this 2) The room accessories, the bed sheets. My sheet was change once for the 4 nights and despite that they look dirty and not iron. Very unpleasant to look. 3) only the only one day that the sheets where changed, the sheet place was teared. It took the house keeping about 3 hours to change 4) Face towel served on day one and none for the rest of days. 5) Basics like tooth brush and paste not in room 6) Poor cleaning of the room as the bins not taken out
