I FORGOT MY MONEY, THE SUM OF $200.000 IN THE SAFE ON THE 7-8 OCTOBER, I STILL CAN'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE ROOM TO GET INTO THE SAFE. I NEED THIS RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE I WILL SEEK COURT ACTION AGAINT PULLMANN.

The overall experience was good. The room was clean and relaxing although the bathroom smelled of paint. One issue is that one of my colleagues gave his suit for dry cleaning the day before he needed it, only to find out the same day that because he hadn't signed for it, the laundry couldn't be done. Even though he stressed that the suit was needed for the next day. I think the responsiveness of the office was a bit slow, although they did help afterwards. There should be a set of rules and guidelines for clients so that they know what to expect.

Pullman Hotels and Resorts is an upscale international hotel brand. However, compared with my stays in other regions like Asia or Latin America, the price is too high - and does not match the quality level of the brand. I have experienced the following: The room was nice, but the cupboard door was locked The electronic key/lock did not function well - I had to wait 20-30 minutes before it was cleared and could enter my room (this happened a couple of days after arrival) Some of chairs next the pool/billiard table are not stable The pool/billiard table was not stable - and very old The changing facility at the pool area is simply not good enough... It smells of urin - and there is no locker The staff was very nice and polite, but extremely slow. Waiting 15-20 minutes for a cup of coffee - or simply for the bill was not uncommon The staff asked for payment in cash (USD), but would not accept bills from 2013 (how strange!!??). Even though these bills are accepted anywhere else on the planet. I had the unpleasant feeling that I was perceived as a potential unreliable customer.... Paying at the same time USD 250 per night...

Overall good service but the elevators are slow to come. Also, when some big shots enter the hotel to go for their week end on the 9th floor club, they mobilize with their more than 100 followers all the 3 elevators. That night I was scheduled for a zoom in my room ! Detrimental to the other guests.

I was at the hotel for 2 nights it was a good stay, the team had a very warm welcome especially Mr Daniel at the reception. Just paying at bar seems to be difficult as the payment machine at te bar out side has not a good network.

1.Bath Towels missing 2. dinner at the restaurant took 2hrs to be serviced on 02/10/2021 3. Milk for the tea in bedroom was not available, apparently hotel did not have any in stock nor an alternative. 4. Breafast Menu needs great improvement of choice as well as fruit varieties. 5. Bar Noise on 9th floor can be heard on 7th floor unto 4 am

Upon arrival at the hotel, I received an email from Accor stating that my reservation was cancelled a few hours Before I checked into the hotel and I wasn’t given a valid reason. Then I called the hotel to find out what happened and I was told that my reservation was cancelled because other guests decided to stay longer at the hotel. I was disappointed and put in awkward situation due to the fact I was supposed to check in a few hours prior. I decided to show up at the hotel regardless and spoke to the person in charge of reservation. To make longue story short, they decided to accommodate us by sending us to a different hotel near by for that night and we came back the next day to finish our stay. The hotel staffs were extremely professional and overall satisfied with their level of professionalism.

Trying hard but still not at expected level of quality

The overall hotel is clean, safe and welcoming. However, some basic services are missing: for example when I asked the front desk to change a USD10 into two 5 USD, they could not do it. I addition, there are some basic service deficiencies in the room cleaning and breakfast service. Room cleaning: Sometimes water was put in room, sometimes not. Sometimes a hand towel was put in room, sometimes not. Consistent room cleaning is a minimum for a hotel of this level and price. Breakfast: perhaps understaffed; it is hard to find the right person to get you a coffee. This may be because people seat themselves so the waiter doesn't ask. However, staff should be coming to table pro-actively to ask whether guests want a hot drink. Proactive restaurant service is a minimum for a hotel of this level and price. Overall, you feel that the staff wants to do a great job but are not getting the training or supervision they need.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The premises are green and spacious, which was excellent for social distancing. The location was perfect for business. It was safe to jog in the morning on the road along the river. The river view from the window was breathtaking with the view of Brazzaville town - the closest two capitals in the world. Sushi on the 9th floor restaurant is probably the best in Africa. I am Japanese and I know what the good sushi is ; )
