The old branch of this hotel, out of the pullman area, is ridiculously dirty and every equipment from the lifts to the room carpets, bathroom and lights bulbs are deteriorated and dangerous for Customers. A big shame for the Accor Group and a huge deception for your users. How can it be like this? Why do you carry on sending your customers in a dirty mess? What do you think is the feeling of your what so called guess?

Hotel was lovely Clean spacious Staff at reception were brilliant I felt very comfortable very very safe Room was spacious service was great house keeping perfect Bar staff wonderful smiling service was excellent Garden bar the same Swimming pool area very tidy BUT staff need to have a system to be able to serve people with drinks and food not enough customer interaction by the pool Breakfast was lovely (but to many flies) maybe you consider introducing mesh covers on plates So for people to cover the food whilst eating and chatting Restaurant great service lovely people fabulous choice and taste loved it Enjoyed my time

Poor welcome service with no acknowledgment of membership status nor of special requests to be on highest floor facing Congo River.

Some very good staff all round. Found the reception staff very distant and almost unfriendly at times and handling queries aggressively. All round atmosphere is good. Has areas which can be used for discreet discussions if necessary. Well equipped gym. Thought the drinks to be very expensive.

Everything was great except the wifi login process ! Caused endless issues and wasted a lot of time trying to get it to work, getting new log in codes, then theyadted an hour then returning to the hotel the wifi would be an issue- really need to fix the way this works !

I stayed for two night in the old wing which has seen its better days, but as everything it depends what you compare with. It was clean, shower worked and the view was good. Maybe this is what you can expect in a town like Kinshasa. Breakfast is served in the never part and that was very good as well as the pool area next to the restaurant. Though, a piece of advise, bring cash, the ATMs does not sometimes give you cash but there maybe a debit on your account, be careful.

It was a very short stay so not much to say, initially had a terrible experience regarding reservations and check in, but it was eventually resolved. We are flight crew that flew in over night and so had made a note on our reservation that we would be arriving early in the morning to check in. The reservation had been made for the night before so as to assure our rooms would be available, and we also had our handlers confirm with the hotel of our arrival. But when we got there we were told the reservation had been cancelled by the hotel. We had to wait an extra hour to finally get our rooms which was very bad considering we had flown all night and were in need of immediate rest before our next flight. The issue was however resolved and the remainder of the stay was okay.

Check in and check out were convenient - front desk staff were professional and helpful. Room was comfortable and all amenities worked well. Housekeeping staff were courteous and efficient. The food was so bad that one dinner, breaded fish, was inedible. Very disappointing because the last time I was there, over a year ago, the food was excellent. I recall that I asked to see the chef so that I could compliment him on the delicious food, both in the bar area and in the restaurant. It was therefore even more disappointing this time that the food was so bad. Considering changing hotel for future trips.
