Rooms have humidity in them and tou can actually smell it once you rnter the room. I had a small problem with the water in my room, where it was dark yellow and requested assistance and was recommended to ooen the water and wait for it to get better after an hour the water stayed yellow i informed them they told me they will send a technician which never came i ended up switching multiple rooms at 12 midnight because the water problem was the same.

I arrived at midnight after a long travel hoping to shower, I wasn't informed at reception there's no water. As i get to the room, I find out there's no water. I called reception and they've confirmed there a power outage since 9am. They Offred that midnight I'll go to the hotel addition to shower and return to my room! You should have accommodate to a room with water as it's was midnight and inform that tomorrow I'll be transferred to another room. check-in is slow, so i checked online yet had to re-check in upon arrival.
