Just one thing to complain about, Accor propose us to check in online, great, so we know our key will be ready on arrival and the time at the reception should be minimal. Since Kinshasa is far away the trip has been long for everybody but guess what? The keys are not ready so it takes time to check in. The staff is very friendly but it takes too long. At the end of the stay, for check out, the invoicing address has to be changed at the desk - while it was already done during the online check in....That's a great feature used everywhere in Africa (and yes also in the IBIS Douala where I was 3 weeks ago), why don't you take advantage of it? Regarding the hotel in general, nothing particular to say, friendly staff, good food, nice swimming pool, good top bar, not particularly noisy, on the expensive side but allright it's Kinshasa.

For 5 days I had the worst hotel stay because I could barely sleep. The rooms were not sound proof, and it seems that the walls are paper thin. My room was located nearby the hotel nightclub, and the incredibly loud sound was loud until 2-3 am. And by 5 am, workers on the nearby construction site started the loud thuds. Moreover, the room’s view was appealing! I asked to change my room but was denied. Horrible experience. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spent two weeks in a very comfortable, clean and well equipped room with high quality service provided by very helpful staff (special thanks to Cedric). Room service was effective and giving access to tasty dishes. The breakfast buffet with its wide range of dishes has exceeded my expectations. I also enjoyed the sashimi at the Belvedere restaurant. To complete the picture assistance at airport both at arrival and departure was perfect.

Pros: Overall I enjoyed my stay, my room had all necessary amenities for me to be comfortable. I especially appreciated the fact that an iron/ironing board is a permanent fixture in the rooms. At the restaurant, we received wonderful service from Giresse. Cons: our booking rate did not include breakfast and we decided to pay for it at check in, however, it appears that this payment was not updated to our rooms and so it did not reflect in the restaurant system, so for the two days we had breakfast, we kept being told by the staff that breakfast was not included. Despite having explained the situation the first morning, this continued. This also led to a painfully slow check out, which made us 20 minutes late for our meeting, as the checkout receptionist had to resolve the breakfast payment issue.

The staff at the hotel were very professional, friendly and helpful. The only thing that stopped me giving 10 marks was that on Friday and Saturday nights, the music from the upstairs bar was so loud that I woke up several times and wasn't able to sleep. Additionally, when the staff deliver room service, they often have to go and find change, which makes the transaction long and involves you having to wait and open the door again etc. It would be easier to pay - and to give the staff tips - if they had small change ready with them, or indeed if you could just charge it to your room. Finally, the room service menu is quite heavy and would benefit from some lighter options if you don't want a full meal or just want something healthy and light. But overall it was a very good stay and the staff were great.

Courteous staff Very Good service Very good location Negatives: (1) during checkout the person finalizing the bill was t familiar with some processes (exclude VAT for a UN -like organisation) (2) i was given back in cash part of the deposit for additional consumption. The USD notes slightly more than USD 110 were not accepted at the airport for various reasons (old coupure, stained, etc) so I will return them back when revisiting.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The premises are green and spacious, which was excellent for social distancing. The location was perfect for business. It was safe to jog in the morning on the road along the river. The river view from the window was breathtaking with the view of Brazzaville town - the closest two capitals in the world. Sushi on the 9th floor restaurant is probably the best in Africa. I am Japanese and I know what the good sushi is ; )

The staff is absolutely amazing! The customer experience manager Laetitia is wonderful as well as her entire staff. Arthuro at the front desk is incredibly helpful as well. Their breakfast never disappoints and I miss it every day that I am not there. Prisca behind the omelets/hot bar is absolutely wonderful. The other ladies, especially Arlette, also made sure to help me quickly on days I was running late to grab a coffee to go and a croissant or two. When I checked in Proserphine and her counterparts always remembered me and made me feel SO welcome. I refuse to stay anywhere else when I am in town!

Nice location, with quite and safe area. Hotel with big and nice pool. Breakfast and foods are good and fresh. Room is big but was not clean properly before. I complains to housekeeping. Materas was not so confortable. Good to stay there is you are visiting kin for business.
