As a long-stay guest, I expected more from Pullman Kinshasa. For your information, I have been an Accor customer for more than 30 years, so my expectations were higher when I decided to choose this hotel for my extended stay. From the very beginning, the management didn't honor the agreement regarding the laundry 20% discount (though the offer was given in writing). The restaurants also made it hard to ask for discounts on food and beverages every time. The Manager of the l'Étole restaurant said that the reduction is not valid for alcoholic drinks. In summary, I'm not well treated. I hope that this will improve otherwise I have no choice than to find another accomodation.

rooms are well equipped and clean. Bed is very comfortable. as always the breakfast was amazing. Unfortunately I had this time one of those rooms, where you can't use the sink to wash your hand, because they installed taps that are too short. so I had to wash my hands under the shower.
