My room didn’t have hot water

The attitude of staff if really unfriendly. Whatever you ask at reception, they make you feel like you’re bothering them. Room service food below average.

It took 45 minutes to check out, and they still managed to make a major billing mistake. They refunded my deposit to the wrong credit card (after I asked them repeatedly to make sure to refund the correct card!), and now I've lost the money.
