Hotel was clean, well equiped, lovely room and view. Payment a little confusing with the 'deposit'. Staff helpful with the carpark, all good.

We took the Privilege room for 2 nights. Hotel is well located, with a free parking at the train station. Restaurants and main attractions in the area. Only downside was the bathroom curtain that seems to be see through, with our bathroom facing the street.

The only drawback is that there is no fridge inside the room.

We had a one night stay following a channel crossing and before heading into Europe. Very comfortable stay for us with two children. Nice room and fab bathroom. Found an amazing pizzeria just over the marina.

The bed was comfortable. I found the bathroom too cold and didn't find the thermostat in the bedroom until the next day. Would have appreciated bottle of water, basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body lotion - as there used to be in all hotels. Would have liked breakfast teabags instead of having to brew my own tea meaning queuing up for water at coffee machine.

Dear MARION T., Thank you for the feedback ! The thermostat is in the middle of the wall, sorry you didn't see it. We do have to set it on 19°C (government measures). A bottle of water is given at check in, we ask every client if they want it. I am sorry if you did not have it. Shampoo, soap are in each rooms too. In Privilege rooms, lotion and conditionner are there. We deleted tea bags in the hotel, once ahain to avoid waste. We give unlimited access to very good quality teas of the brand Palais des Thés.
