I came for a relaxing massage, and every single thing done to me was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! The massage table was incredibly comfortable, every single touch on my body was perfect, not a single inch was left uncovered while not massaged, towels were warm, the oil couldn't smell better... Late arrival at the hotel, greeted by Pablo and his colleague who took our clubs and bags to the rooms while we repaired to the bar for quick tapas before the kitchen closed. We were very well looked after by the delightful Alina who made us feel very welcome. Her menu recommendations were spot-on - chorizo stuffed padron peppers and all. Perfect start to what promises to be three very enjoyable days in Sotogrande... as long as the golf doesn't spoil it.

Disappointing

We went to So Sotogrande for tapas this evening, we have a villa in La Reserva which is nearby so thought we would give it a try, what a disappointment, it was difficult to find a parking space there is nothing to direct you as to where to go, although we were told later that there is valet parking, it would be helpful if there was signage. We ordered our drinks my cava was warm the tapas we ordered took 40 minutes to come and was cold also one dish was missing we had to wait 1 hour for that, the tapas itself was uninspiring, no staff member apologised until Miguel, director of operations, spoke to us just before we left he did apologise and said they were working on the tapas, he did seem genuinely sorry that we had a bad experience but unfortunately we won’t be returning

Fantastic view, took the whole family for Christmas season. Good facilities at the gym and spa, with indoors and outdoor pools. Mohammad from the front desk staff was of great help with recommendations of where to eat and what to do, and solved all problems that arose. Look forward to coming back in the future.
