The Mercure Alexia in Rhodes was such an enjoyable experience. Not necessarily because of the facility so much, even though it was very comfortable and clean, but mostly because of the incredible staff here. From the minute I walked thru the doors to the day I left; they made me feel welcome and special. They all treated me with so much respect and kindness, and I mean everyone, from the kitchen staff to the reception desk, and the guest representative that helped me set up trips to Symi and Lindos. i will be staying here again.

A very good hotel with excellent staff It's been surprisingly a good hotel, although the neighborhood doesn't look good. The staff was very welcoming. It felt like being at home, much because of the efforts of Anjie from the reception desk and Meltem from the guest relations department. We're certainly looking forward to the next opportunity to be in Rhodes.

The staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Our special thanks to Alexandra and Meltem, they are a credit to Mercure Alexia, always with big smiles, a kind word, and really show a personal interest in their guests. You definitely get the feeling from the staff that they want you to enjoy your stay at Mercure and all requests we had were dealt with immediately and kindly. The rooms and common areas are modern, spacious and clean. The welcome drinks, free waters and sodas in the fridge, were a lovely welcome. The breakfast room is light and airy, and breakfast has a large choice, you can order omelettes, and we specially loved the variety of Greek baked goods. The Greek Evening with live music and Greek dancers was really exceptional! As others before me have written, the location is excellent, you can enjoy early morning and evening walks along the beachfront, there is a huge choice of very good restaurants all within a short walk (we had excellent meals at Napolean) and Mandraki Harbour and the Old City are a 15 minute walk away.
