The hotel was noticeably cheaper then those around though still had a pool and balcony. The price became clearer when staying because the pool was in the shade and freezing, the balcony was nice but there's a new hotel being constructed next door and the noise makes it impossible to have the doors open while they work. The sheets were never changed and there was no duvet so I had to use a dirty blanket from the cupboard. They would consistently forget to refill the toiletries and drinks sachets. The water bottles never got replaced once and I had to dismantle the body wash and leave it in the sink before they refilled it. The breakfast was cold, the only good think about it was the woman making fresh omelettes, she really was good

Check in and out was swift, staff were super friendly and made great recommendations. Hotel was clean and tidy, and the food was some of the best I tasted on the trip. I would highly recommend if you want a centrally located and comfortable stay in Rhodes town.

I,ve stayed in Mercury Rhodes twice and it was fine. But did,nt realise that next door was a MASSIVE construction site! Terrible noise and dust from 7am till 4pm ish. You could,nt sit out by pool .I just spent day away from hotel. The work should have been highlighted on booking website. I nearly booked a hotel on seafront,I wish I had. I,ve emailed Accor complaints and asked for a refund. It ruined my last two days of holiday. I will never go to an Accor hotel again However the poor receptionist staff were helpful,and I do thank the pleasant girl who found my bag ,which I left on the counter. The staff are excellent.
