I,ve stayed in Mercury Rhodes twice and it was fine. But did,nt realise that next door was a MASSIVE construction site! Terrible noise and dust from 7am till 4pm ish. You could,nt sit out by pool .I just spent day away from hotel. The work should have been highlighted on booking website. I nearly booked a hotel on seafront,I wish I had. I,ve emailed Accor complaints and asked for a refund. It ruined my last two days of holiday. I will never go to an Accor hotel again However the poor receptionist staff were helpful,and I do thank the pleasant girl who found my bag ,which I left on the counter. The staff are excellent.

Appreciated the Accor All Gold recognition with room upgrade, welcome drink and tasty welcome amenity. Friendly reception & bar staff. Convenient for a short stay. Would recommend breakfast quality & service improvement for this type of establishment (feels very industrial, not typical Greek).

Hello, the hotel's lobby and bar area were nice, the hotel's pool was not very good, the room cleaning was not good at all, only the bed was made and the floors were wiped every day, all except the bathrobes were not changed. . The inside of the room and the balcony were not cleaned. I thought the hotel's interior was clean, but it was a pity. Room cleaning was bad. I think your spa and massage fees can be reduced, the breakfast is inadequate, there are always the same things and few options, I go on vacation a lot, I have seen these, hotel staff are very attentive and friendly, but there is a situation like this. walking problem. The elevator is inadequate, small and constantly breaking down.
