We truly regret to hear about your dissatisfaction regarding the condition of your vehicle and sincerely understand your concern. Please allow us to kindly clarify that this matter has been taken very seriously and investigated in detail by our management team. Following a thorough internal review, we would kindly like to clarify a few points with utmost respect: All three vehicles belonging to you were washed only upon your personal approval and request. Although the three vehicles are of the same make and model and were washed in exactly the same manner, only one has reportedly shown such an outcome, which we find unusual. Furthermore, we would like to kindly inform you that all vehicles at our facility are hand-washed with utmost care. We do not have or use any automated car wash systems with rotating brushes at our premises. Lastly, we were never informed about this issue during or upon your check-out. If we had been made aware at the time, we would have immediately taken action to investigate further and assist you directly. We genuinely regret that we could not have had the opportunity to address the matter while you were still on site. Guest satisfaction and care are always at the core of our service, and we hope to be able to host you again in the future with a fully satisfying experience. Kind regards,

Over all the service was good. However when you stay in such hotel specially in Villas you expect everything to be perfect. During our stay our vehicles were parked at hotel. Last day they took the vehicles for wash. However they washed them in one of those automated car washes with brushes. I totally understand it may be quick and easy for them however It totally ruined the paint, my brand new cars paint is total mess the brushes scratched the whole vehicle. It’s just common sense when you take gusts vehicle for was you have to ok it with them if they are ok with washing it with automated car wash. It is absolutely unexepytable the vehicle worth over 5 million and they ruined it. Not satisfied at all this is not what expected when I was booking the vacation.
