From the moment we arrived, all our needs were fully catered for. Staff were all amazing and always were smiling. Everywhere was spotless clean. Food was wonderful and we really enjoyed Peoples restaurant in an evening and Azur restaurant for lunch by the beach. No sun bed wars which was great as plenty to go around. The boat ride to the private beach was a real treat, as we would get our iced mocha from the included Starbucks onsite before getting onboard. All towels are provided and once used at the end of the day you just returned when you leave beach/pool, so no need to carry them around at all. Finally the App that they get you to download is fab, it uses AI to generate responses and if it can’t provide the answers someone from the hotel team reply’s promptly too. The app can help you with menus, opening hours, if you need anything etc. We found the app really useful. Great holiday. Will definitely go back. The only slight thing I would change would be to have a little bit of variety with the entertainment. Maybe one night not a band but maybe circus performers or dancers.

Our fifth visit here and it never fails to meet our expectations. We love how the hotel is still kept beautifullly and the staff as always are attentive and friendly. We have noticed some new faces and some older ones too. There are no complaints with the eell maintained grounds and rooms and quality of the food.
We enjoy the use of the cabanas at Prive Beach and as ive previously reviewed feel these could do with a slight upgrade especially with the cost of rental going up each year. We are fortunate enough to afford them currently but they are showing signs of wear and with all things people like value for their money. Erol as always is the most gracious host whilst we are on them.
I had a massage in the spa and loved the experience.

At the beginning we found it difficult to get responses to our restaurant bookings on the lumin app, the last thing we wanted to do is not to be on our phones, eventually we got use to this option. The food in the buffet area at breakfast & dinner was not hot enough otherwise the positives out weighed the negatives.

2 families on holiday. Had an excellent time. Rooms were lovely, large & very clean.
Swimming pools/bars were fantastic.
Location was great. 30 mins from airport.
The private beach, boat to beach, bars and restaurants were incredible.
Staff were amazing. Looked after us and treated us very well for the whole holiday.
Cocktails in the bars were fantastic.
Food was amazing but we were a little disappointed the turquoise buffet area was not open for lunch. Also that we paid for all inclusive, seemed a little unfair there were 3-4 restaurants we had to pay 30 pp extra and pay for drinks. We all felt this was expensive and decided to eat in the town instead. We all agreed, we would have preferred to pay an extra 100 each for the holiday and be able to eat in a couple of restaurants (even if it was restricted to once per holiday).
However, the hotel was amazing.

Absolutely loved our holiday. We were celebrating our 30th Anniversary and we were greeted in our room with lovely heart ballon’s and bedspread with happy Anniversary on it, a fruit platter and bottle of champagne in the mini bar fridge. Totally blown away by it all. The hotel grounds are immaculate, pools are good, plenty of sun beds. Staff were so polite and friendly. Absolutely loved getting the boat to the beach which was so beautiful. We paid for a cabana for the day which was a great experience. Drinks were awesome, brilliant cocktails and nice wine too.
