Second visit for us and enjoyed it as much as the first time. Was sceptical as recent reviews had been negative, but we were not disappointed. Lovely spacious rooms all well located within the resort. Resort is well maintained. All staff were lovely and service could not be faulted. Quality of food was good in all places that we ate. Overall a great holiday and will definitely return.

Relaxing, peaceful, picturesque- the only negative comment is the lack of evening entertainment. There was a live band each night but this didn’t commence until 9.45pm and I do miss proper shows and entertainment so a little lacklustre.

My wife and I returned to the Rixos Göcek having been there the same time last year .A lot has happened in a year there was a lot of new staff all over that didn’t know what they were doing,they had done nothing to the place in the time it closes down Even when we were leaving we were not approached and asked had we had a good time even though we waited in reception for half an hour for coach to pick us up Can commend the waiters on the beach that don’t stop all day ,it’s strange that you have to leave the resort to find the best staff Food was good in all the restaurants especially the restaurant at the beach was great Found the barman at the pool bar was pig ignorant he just ignored you as if you didn’t exist ,on the last night we was sat out watching the show to witch we tried to order drinks after an hour of trying we eventually got served only to be given a bottle of beer with no glass I then managed to mention this to the bar manager to which he then sent the girl back with a glass 15 minutes later .Can’t get my head around this being a 5 star resort and they give drinks out without glasses would I recommend this place No I had done the year before but not know it has to pull its socks up a lot to get to where they was the year before

Visited with family on their 3rd visit! What a wonderful holiday. Lovely surroundings, beautiful gardens, delicious food in each restaurant. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Rooms clean and well equipped, maybe a little dated. Comfortable bed, very quiet surroundings.
