Overall nice. APP / Lumin AI somewhat confusing. Policy changes (e.g. around what restaurants were available without supplement) during our stay. Facilities were only just opening - Starbucks still hadn't opened when we left, the ice cream freezer in the Turquoise buffet only arrived on our fourth day. Using the prive beach club was a bonus (it's nicer than Secrets that wasn't yet open).

Once the reservation was confirmed through All Accor application, couple of hours later I received a phone call from the hotel. Explaining that two guests at the same time reserved the same room, so they offered a different type of room. Once arrived at the hotel, they mentioned that the previously reserved room is now available so we moved in to the room type we wanted. At night, not a too late (18:30-19:00 hrs) we started listening a disappointing ventilation noise and called reception and guest relations many times. Unfortunately nobody answered the phone. After the sleepless night, we managed to reach someone at the front desk and technician fixed the problem saying the vent was broken which caused the noise. No apologies, no kindly attempt to make it up for keeping us sleepless in a wellness room. Speaking of wellness room it located right by the highway without sound insulation and you have to listen all traffic running by. Cut the long story short, our previous stay was full of children running and screaming around although they claim adult only and now this.

However, during the winter period when we operate with a bed and breakfast concept, we also welcome guests with children. Guest comfort and satisfaction are always our highest priorities, and we continuously review feedback to further improve our services and facilities. Well maintained, clean spacious rooms, great receptionist, good restaurant and breakfast, great Sahil, lots of good restaurant & coffee shops & small merchants shops are within walking distance. You can visit some good cities within one hour driving.
