Just spent an amazing 5 days with friends here. The location of this hotel is unreal! It’s located on the marina, 10 minutes walk from Gocek, AND has a private beach! The rooms are beautiful. The food is fabulous, and the staff cannot do enough for you! I am already looking at coming back with my husband and son. Definitely one NOT TO MISS! 🙌🏼

This was our third time visiting the Rixos Premium Göcek Hotel, and everything about this beautiful area is simply incredible. The beach, the mountains, and the boat rides were absolutely amazing. At the Secret Beach, they made delicious döner kebabs, and honestly, all the food at the hotel was high-quality and varied. The hotel staff were very polite and respectful. If I travel again, I will definitely choose this hotel once more.

After studying all the hotels in the area we decided on staying at Rixos Gocek. I have previously stayed at Rixos in Sharm (enough times to be the no1 returning visitor to the hotel from England ) I had high hopes for this hotel and gladly we were not disappointed. We arrived on the 1st of April (the start of the European tourist season and also the day after Eid.) The hotel had a huge amount of late check outs due to Eid, but coped amazingly well. As arriving guests were personally welcomed by the General Manager Mr Maher. We were given the perfect five star treatment as expected of such a beautiful hotel, with refreshments, beautiful chocolates and very welcoming staff. Mr Maher personally explained the layout and premium facilities that were available during our stay, after which we were invited to have lunch. After lunch we checked into our beautiful suite (Room 1915) which again didn’t disappoint. Housekeeping did a truly impeccable job throughout our stay, as did all the staff. It’s rare that you have the opportunity to stay in a hotel where everyone (from housekeeping, gardening, waiters, restaurant staff, pool staff, beach staff, transportation staff….everyone!) all work (/ sing ) from the same sheet! This fantastic five star hotel, with all its amazing facilities, is enhanced by its beautiful picturesque surroundings and is an absolute joy to stay in. We had a week here and used all the facilities, all of which were faultless. We leave looking forward to returning 👌😊❤️

We stayed at Rixos Premium Göcek during the Ramadan Bayram holiday and had an amazing experience. The hotel’s natural surroundings, sea, pool, food, and, most importantly, the warmth and dedication of the staff were truly commendable. Maher, Bahadır, and İlkay Bey, along with the entire team whose names I may not be able to list, worked with incredible dedication despite the seasonal staff shortage, ensuring that guests never felt any inconvenience. Their constant smiles, solution-oriented approach, and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly impressive. The concerts held throughout the holiday were also fantastic. I do have a few small suggestions, as in hotels of this caliber, the little details make all the difference. We learned that bar menus were still being prepared, but until the printed versions were available, offering them in a PDF format would have been a practical solution. They might say it was available, but we never managed to find it! 😊 Additionally, I would have expected basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste in the rooms, as they have become standard in many high-end hotels. Many hotels abroad also provide an iron in the rooms, which would be a great addition. Implementing QR codes on sunbeds and tables for online ordering, as well as making the mobile app more functional, would further enhance the guest experience. For example, reservations could be managed directly through the app. Overall, it was a delightful and high-quality holiday. Many thanks to the entire team for their hard work. I look forward to visiting again! The peaceful atmosphere and high-quality service make this a place worth returning to.
