Overall we had a good stay as the resort/room and facilities were all good and kept very clean due to the exceptional staff that you have. Downsides we are old school and do not take kindly to using apps/bar codes etc and prefer to speak with humans, especially when we tried to arrange/book something using the app which confirmed that our ask had been done it never happened plus our 3hour boat trip lasted 30 minutes due to a broken anchor which should have been checked before sailing. Secondly although the breakfast service was exceptional the remaining restaurants were not good as they had obviously not heard of serving hot food and to be asked to pay a supplement for the Italian restaurant and get bad service and cold food was not good either.This is not a Hotel/resort that we will be returning too as it was more like an upmarket Butlins Holiday Camp than a 5 star resort. I could go on but I am losing the will to live and being a Travel Agent myself this will not be on my list for my clients.

We are especially pleased to hear that the efforts of our staff in terms of service and cleanliness were appreciated. On the other hand, we would like to express our regret regarding the negative experiences you encountered. During your stay, our Guest Relations team was in contact with you, and once it was discovered that your request submitted through the application had not been delivered to the relevant team due to an AI system issue, the necessary actions were taken immediately. Likewise, although the table decoration at Turkuaz Restaurant had initially not been arranged, prompt action was taken and the decoration was completed right away. In addition, special birthday treats were sent to your room, and our team made every effort throughout your stay to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. In order to compensate for the inconvenience experienced, we also offered you a complimentary reservation at another à la carte restaurant; however, we unfortunately did not receive a response from your side. Furthermore, our Guest Relations Manager also personally attempted to contact you, but again, no response was received. We would also like to clarify the issue regarding the boat trip. During the tour, an unexpected technical malfunction occurred on the boat, and for the safety of our guests, the excursion had to be ended earlier than planned. All of your feedback is extremely valuable to us. Your comments are being carefully reviewed by the relevant departments in order to further improve our service quality, and we continue working to provide even better experiences for our guests in the future.
