Room was very large and spacious with funky wall decorations. Mini fridge and safe was provided in the room. Bathroom was pleasant and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately during our stay, the room and hotel was incredibly hot and stuffy and the AC was not functioning. A small fan was offered which helped slightly. Breakfast was generally okay, although some hot items were rather cold.

The hotel was not as sold - the shower was clogged, several spiders in the WC where it had not been properly cleaned, and the bed had some sort of hair in the sheets. To top those rather otherwise small inconveniences (it is a budget hotel afterall), I had to demand that the hotel allow me to use my points to reduce the cost, as they had indicated, essentially, that it was not possible and then after some back and forth, they admitted it was just a hassle. If they don't want to take points, fine, but don't advertise that you can, then lie about not being able to.

Facilities & Infrastructure: The property suffers from aging infrastructure and outdated facilities. The rooms and public areas are showing significant wear and tear, and the building requires a modern refresh to meet competitive hospitality standards. Food & Beverage (Positive Standout): The breakfast offering was excellent and easily the highlight of the stay. The selection, quality, and presentation of the breakfast buffet were outstanding and executed to a very high standard. Final Takeaway While the food and beverage team is doing a wonderful job with the breakfast service, the hotel's outdated facilities and compromised location make it difficult to recommend until a major property renovation is undertaken.
