The room is relatively small. Water heater not working optimally. It was not as hot 🔥 as it was yesterday.

Its fair enough, i had a good stay in the hotel receptionist are all friendly and very attentive. The amenities and facilities are just fine.

I have some suggestion and recommendation which might help to improved the hotel service. In my room at 517 the Comfort room has no washing bowel vidae. It is quire unusual for us filipino, aside from tissue we prefer to wash ourselves as sign of sanitation. Lastly the hair blower cord is too short perhaps I'm having trouble using it, changing its location inside the drawer is also advised. Lastly, trash bins has no covers which somehow stinks when bushes and waste are inside. Nevertheless it was a fair experience. Thank you

No communication is made by the hotel about checkout timings and they directly levy 80S$ late charge when customer comes to know. They don't inform even when the person is in front of them.
