I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We are making some training for our brand new staff and some informations have to be better organised. For the renovation, some projects have to be validated but it could be more longer due to the covid period. We started with the lift ; now, we change the fire security system and climatisation/heater system. I think after we could finish the studies for the room's renovation. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
