Venir dans un Mercure c’est d’abord être accueilli et découvrir un personnel incroyable : prévenance, gentillesse et disponibilité. La chambre, un peu petite, est pourtant pratique et confortable : les lits sont fermes et accueillants, les nuits furent belles et reposantes. Le petit déjeuner était parfait en proposition et en qualité. De notre road trip, le Mercure était le seul hôtel d’une chaîne.Cela veut dire, et cela est bien dommage, que l’hôtel Mercure c’est des moins. Pourquoi avoir des lumières aussi criardes ? Des gobelets en carton ? Un sèche-cheveux pour athlète ? Un minimum de prises ? Un shampoing étrange? Dommage cela ne met pas en avant l’investissement réel du personnel et donne un impression d'économies de bout de chandelle.
