It was okay but there was a broken light in the toilet room. I asked for the bulb to be replaced and was told that no one was available until after we left. That is unacceptable.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We just prefer a more boutique hotel kind of experience and the Mercure style is a bit corporate for us.
