Many thanks to the outstanding and considerate team at Mercure Bakirkoy hotel, the distinguished level of professionalism, hospitality and sincere welcome are truly heartfelt especially on the occasion of the birthday of my sister and offering her a small birthday cake. Very nice gesture indeed, it will be pleasantly memorable for many many years. We truly appreciate the contribution by all staff not limited to front desk reception, restaurant, house keeping, ...etc. Note: Stay was extended beyond original booking.

Hotel with good leisure facilities

The Hotel includes free access to a good gym, sauna and steam and a nice indoor pool. The room is extremely small (10 m2). No place to leave anything.

The services & hospitality of this hospital is not at all at par the Mercure or All Accor standards, following were the issues faced - Longer check-in time despite having online check-in done before arrival. as the receptionist was sleeping @ 2 am and only the bell boy was at work.25min waiting for the check-in - I had to ask for the welcome drink, as the receptionist wasn't in the mood to provide on his own - Hotel provides the toiletries though there weren't any toilets provided in the room and towels were torn and used. cleanliness was reasonable. only for once toothbrush provided as we requested. The reception staff was very lethargic, had to call 4 times in 2 hours to provide water though it's complimentary initially they demanded money thinking the customer would pay. - Reception staff hardly understood basic English,2nd night blackout curtain fell of from the hook and reception didn't even understand *CURTAIN* word. The only good thing about the hotel is the helpful staff in the restaurant who are cooperative and customer service oriented.

There was a very special and elegant room cleaning staff, so much so that we felt like we were a family. Also, the restaurant staff was very elegant, especially the employees Selina and Khadija and the employees in the blue uniform. They were very special. I wish you all the best.
