I WAS CHARGED 400 BECAUSE OF SOMETHING IN THE MINIBAR THAT I DID NOT CONSUME. AFTER I LEFT AND FAR AWAY FROM THE HOTEL, THEY CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD A MISTAKE, I CAN COME BACK AND TAKE MY MONEY BACK. I WAS FAR AWAY SO I WAS NOT ABLE.

Disappointing End to my stay

I had to cut short my stay and return to Dubai. I requested a contact number to arrange a refund. Th receptionist gave me an incorrect e-mail address, and I have been unable to get e response from anyone. This is rather frustrating.
