Premier séjour au Pullman Singapore Hill Street et excellente découverte. Accueil particulièrement efficace : arrivant à 8h00 AM j'avais demandé un enregistrement avancé grâce à mon statut All; la chambre n'était pas disponible, mais j'ai pu profiter du club pour prendre un petit-déjeuner à l'issue duquel la réception m'a informé que je pouvais l'occuper; il était 9h10AM. Parfaitement renseigné sur l'utilisation de toutes les services de l'hôtel, j'ai pu immédiatement en profiter. Un bar en roof-top avec piscine et vue sur Marina Bay, une piscine plus grande au niveau de la réception, de belles chambres avec salle d'eau fonctionnelle, bien équipée et toilettes séparées. Un petit regret pour le manque de rangement de linge personnel pour un séjour de plus de 24h. Restauration de qualité au rapport qualité/prix excellent. Exective club agréable, partie extérieure et partie climatisée, bien fourni avec un personnel très attentif et serviable. Départ très facile avec règlement partiel en points All. et taxi obtenu très rapidement.

En voyage de 4 jours à Singapour, cet hôtel permet de bien visiter la ville à partir du métro ou à pied. On y mange bien au dîner ou au petit déjeuner. Le personnel est attentif et très agréable.

Très belle Découverte de cet hôtel pour ma première venue dans cet établissement avec un très bel accueil personnalisé suivi d’un surclassement en chambre exécutive avec les bénéfices liés grâce à mon statut platinum et avec la petite attention très appréciée. La chambre était magnifique, la vue aussi et le lit était grand et très confortable Les housekeeping employees font un travail extraordinaire et répondent à toutes vos demandes dans la limite du raisonnable ( avoir un peu plus de café par exemple) Le petit déjeuner au restaurant est dans un cadre agréable et le personnel est d’une rare efficacité très prévenant et attentionné c’est vraiment un bonheur l’Asie au niveau qualité de service. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe dévouée ( Ryan, Kimberley au lounge, Sufyan,Denise, Muqlish, Justin et the Dom Porter ) pour rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable et qui m’ont permis après mon Check out tardif d’utiliser les douches avant mon départ pour l’aéroport afin que je voyage dans de bonnes conditions Il est évident que je privilégierai ce pullman la prochaine fois car même si un peu excentré il est bien desservi par les transports.
