Tout était parfait la seule chose, aucune personne de l’Equipe de parle français. Notre anglais étant moyen je pense que nous avons loupé certaine chose. Il faudrait au moins un francophone dans votre personnel.

Bel hôtel mythique , que je rêvais de découvrir , mon bonheur fut à la hauteur , l hôtel est majestueux , le petit déjeuner fabuleux et tout est délicieux , la piscine et son personnel sont au top ( mention spéciale pour Clarence ) le service agréable et pas trop solonnel . J ai tout adoree , seul be mol le tea time sakura , hors de prix (70€ ht ) qui est vraiment insipide et sans intérêt à part le salè et la réception qui est très peu réactive et efficace . J y retournerai avec bonheur
