hotel efficace, propre, chambre pas immense mais ca suffit, sdb fonctionnel. l'accueil est parfait, piscine sur le toit féérique la nuit. petit dej dans un petit restau adjacent. si on retourne à Singapoure, on choisira cet hotel l'emplacement est ideal pour visiter la ville, proche metro, china town, clark quay, centre commercial...

Horrible on dirait vous êtes en prison , pas de fenêtre, très très petit , une douche à mourir , accueil très désagréable , chambre angoissante vraiment j’en rajoute pas faut le voir pour le croire vraiment et les prix ne vont pas avc cette horreur FUYEZ FUYEZ FUYEZ !!!!!!!!

As Singapore is tiny, all buildings (including hotels across our city) are affected by the land constraint, which results in generally more compact configuration of hotel rooms, especially in high demand areas like Clarke Quay. Nevertheless, our rooms have been carefully designed to balance comfort and affordability in an economy-tier hotel. Standard rooms do not have windows and this is clearly indicated in the booking platform. Window features are available in our Superior or Deluxe room. There are also many hotels with rooms without windows in Europe. Please pay more for a luxury hotel rather than a budget hotel with your high expectations. Hotel bien placé mais accueil quelconque, voire impoli et chambre minuscule, pas dans les standards des ibis budget en France, et cela pour 133€. Petit déjeuner réservé avec la chambre, très quelconque et proposant eau ou café, l'eau étant de l'eau du robinet; ridicule ou irrespectueux du client?

Dear sergio, The compact configuration of our rooms is a direct result of Singapore's land constraints and thus your comparison is not reasonable. Nevertheless, our rooms have been carefully designed to balance comfort and affordability. Accor advocates Planet 21, which includes sustainability of the environment and discourages single use products such as plastic bottles. Hence, we have stopped placing bottled water in the rooms. Tap water in Singapore is potable and kettles are also available for our guests to boil water. Many of our guests have appreciated and are happy to be part of our environmental project. It is disappointing that our efforts to reduce carbon waste with our guests is perceived by you as being disrespectful. Coffee, tea and orange juice are offered to our guests for breakfast. Une chambre sans fenêtre pour 100€ la nuit c’est simplement à éviter , vous n’aurez aucun mal à trouver mieux ailleurs. Singapore est une ville assez chère , mais très facile de s’y déplacer en métro. Un très grand choix d’hôtel également pour toutes les gammes de prix.

Une chambre sans fenêtre au prix d'un IBIS, personnel sympathique mais sans aucune initiative de remboursement pour non fourniture du service vendu ni assistance pour un petit déjeuner matinal avant de prendre un avion... je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience, hors norme IBIS.
