Vous êtes probablement un des hôtels les plus mauvais sur l item accueil Chez vous il est purement et simplement inexistant. Préoccupation principale de notre interlocutrice ma carte bleue…… Il y a des jours plus importants que d autres apparemment même en signalant l anniversaire de mon épouse tout le monde s en moque . Vos concierges si vous n y prenait garde vont également se fossiliser sur place puisque il ne font qu office de décoration. A ce jour ma caution prélevée 2 fois ne revient pas sur mon compte ? Bref à part le personnel d étage qui est poli , discret et efficace sauve un peu votre maison Il est évident qu a l avenir j éviterai soigneusement votre hôtel lors de mes prochains séjours en Asie

L’hôtel a été rénové et c’est très bien fait, bravo. La situation centrale est très avantageuse et il est situé au dessus du métro. Seul petit point à améliorer, la circulation autour du buffet du petit déjeuner.

Hôtel qui semble peu chaleureux à l'arrivée avec une ambiance un peu "hall de gare", mais qui s'avère finalement très sympa. Très bien placé (juste à côté du métro et du Raffles City Mall très pratique), très belles chambres avec une vue démentielle (prenez une chambre en hauteur). Très bon pdj avec beaucoup de choix et jolie piscine (pas assez profonde).
