We stayed for one night. The staff were lovely. The hotel is well located, an 8 minute drive from the airport and right outside of the metro station. The room was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay.

Returning guest, I like this Ibis Styles for its location, modern rooms, comfortable bed. New since my last stay is that room cleaning is optional - kuddos for being informed about it during the check-in. I would prefer though a setup where it is standard and where guests can opt out, e.g. receiving some extra loyalty points, like is this the case in many other hotels. Now it feels more like a cost saving rather than an environmental strategy. As a platinum member I was greeted, but no other benefits like a small room upgrade or a welcome gift. That would be nice next time.

We (four adults) stayed for five nights at the ibis Styles Copenhagen Orestad hotel from August 4th to August 9th, 2026. We booked two rooms on the 6th floor: one superior room (facing west) and one deluxe room (facing southwest). In both rooms, the closet shelf was too small to fit a large suitcase. Additionally, there was no chair in the superior room, and the pillowcase zipper in the deluxe room was damaged. On the positive side, the hotel's location is extremely close to the Bella Center metro station, which is a major advantage. The hotel also offers free coffee and tea to all guests at any time of day, which was a lovely way to unwind at the end of the day. The breakfast was very good and varied, though the pastry options were somewhat limited. We suggest that the hotel add a few more local fish dishes. Nevertheless, the food and beverages were delicious, and we especially enjoyed the homemade confiture and pesto cheese. Finally, the staff was helpful and attentive, and both the check-in and check-out procedures were swift and efficient.

Five of us had four nights at the Ibis Styles. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were great. Beds comfortable. There was a good range of food on offer at breakfast but the layout of the food items needs some rethinking. The most popular items (bread and pastries) are in a corner so this area is very crowded. Overall we were very pleased with our four night stay.

The hotel is well located between the airport and the city centre, and is right next to the Bella Center Metro station. The lobby is nicely designed and makes a good impression upon entering. Check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean, everything worked well, and the bed was very comfortable. Rooms at the front of the building do experience some noise from the metro system, which runs directly outside. I don't know whether this is standard in Denmark, but I felt that the 3pm check-in and 11am check-out times were not particularly generous, given that the international standard is normally 2pm to 12 noon. As a Platinum Accor ALL member, we are normally entitled to late check-out until 4pm, but on this occasion I was only given until 11:30am.
