My brother and I stayed for three nights at ibis Styles Copenhagen Orestad while visiting for the Copenhagen Half Marathon. Although we arrived very late, check-in was smooth, giving us a positive start to our trip. The complimentary coffee machine in the lounge was a lovely touch, and we enjoyed using it several times during our stay. A special mention goes to the front office manager, Ishara, who was extremely helpful and kind. Her excellent customer service, attentiveness and ability to speak several languages fluently made a real impression. She is a credit to the hotel. The location is convenient—just a minute’s walk from Bella Center metro station and approximately a 10-minute metro ride to central Copenhagen. There were two areas that could be improved. Despite our agreed late checkout, housekeeping staff repeatedly knocked on our door. Better communication between reception and housekeeping would have prevented these interruptions. The air-conditioning controls were also difficult to use; even though I am comfortable with technology, I struggled to work them out. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. I would happily recommend this hotel and would book again without hesitation.

Ideal location to stay in Copenhagen. You stay in a nice calm area, lots of greenery around and yet reach the city in 10 minutes by Metro. The metro station is right next to the hotel. Bakeries, Restaurants and a mall are also in walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable for a family of 3. The staff are also very friendly. I would definitely stay hereif when I visit Copenhagen again.

I stayed on my own for a week long conference at nearby Bella Sky. I was so happy to be in Ibis Styles, the staff were fantastic and kind, and the room was super clean and very comfortable with a large window which for me had the added bonus of being able to open, so you did not feel hermetically sealed into the room, which I love. I went to a week long event at Bella Center so this was fantastic location for that, especially as we started so early in the morning, the hotel is located only a few minutes walk. The hotel seems new, very clean, fantastic staff. the only negative is no fridge / minibar in the room and if you sleep with the window open, the metro outside is quite loud, almost all night.
