overall great experience, in the room 403 there should be a better air exchange

Bad: -I made pre-payment when checking in and expected to get an email receipt when I checked out using "leave the keycard to box" checkout option. Email receiept never arrived and that especially makes me very unsatisfied. -breakfast selection is absolutely poor, not up do standard vs expectations -no table in the room to do work -no iron for clothes Good; I got the room from opposite side of the noisy metro track on request,. LAst time the request was not fulfilled.

Very well situated to the Bella Center, near metro easy ride downtown and nearby market/restaurants are convenient.

Nice large room, but I had a bed and what seemed to be a sofa bed pulled out and made up as another bed. Since I only needed a bed for myself, it would have been nicer to have that as a sofa. Room was clean, but in room 411 the shower was not draining well, and would start to flood the bathroom a little. That should be addressed. Otherwise, nice view, window seat a nice touch. Breakfast was perfectly fine... parking easy. It was overall a good experience. A bit loud due to the metro, room directly in front of elevator and I suspect utility closet directly above me... it's not as soundproof as it could be, I could hear foot traffic and activity above my head all night and early morning too. Staff I suspect.
