Special Thanks to Miro, the recepcionist. He was extremely kind and attentive towards our daughters. Our stay was super nice, the breakfast was great and the hotel looks really nice. The only downside is to hear the metro during the night. Thank you so much

The room was a bit too hot and the air contioning didn't work after all as expected. For that room price also a small fridge would be nice to have by default. (I know it is not very usual these days enymore.)

Overpriced given the standard and alternatives. Coffee makers not available in thecrooms. Dark interior. Once I asked for storing my luggage I’ve heard there might not be room for that (in the end there was)

Could not fault our stay at this hotel - incredibly clean, modern and perfect for our stay in Copenhagen. Insanely close to the airport (train took less than 10 minutes and the station is literally outside the hotel) and incredibly well linked to the city centre (metro station for access directly to the centre was also right outside the hotel and took around 15 minutes). We didn’t try breakfast but it looked lovely. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. It is a very beautiful hotel for a very low price. There was nothing to fault, we had the perfect stay and would definitely recommend!!
