I always stay in a hotel from the ALL group. Every time we know that we have a good service. But this time it was not. Breakfast was poor and not aligned wit the cost we had to pay for it. On monday we went out and came back to warm up in the room at 14h00. Surprise our room was not cleaned. Cleaning informed us that this was the last room to be cleaned. we asked 20 minutes to change and then we go out. But she didn't want and just gave us new towels. Also the shower was nog cleaned after we used it. This was not the service we are used to from the otehr hotels we visited. There where not many people in the hotel during the weekend, but we should not be the victim of this

Everything was good, we came very early in the morning with night flight from Iceland, and got a room and a delight breakfast before we could go to sleep. For that I am very thankful. We were going to watch WFP Finals in Bella Arena. It took us 3-4 minutes to walk. And the Metro is just over the street.
