Dear Olwyn, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found our hotel very nice and especially that you enjoyed the comfort of our beds. We are sorry that our room concept was not quite what you expected. ibis Styles Copenhagen Ørestad is a modern 3-star hotel with a functional and contemporary design. Our rooms do not include mini-fridges or traditional chairs as standard, while many rooms feature our signature padded window seating. Regarding bathroom amenities, we follow a more sustainable approach by not placing individually packaged items in every room when they may not be used. However, additional amenities and personal-care items are available from our Grab & Go area at reception for guests who need them. The air conditioning can be adjusted using the control panel in the room. We understand that it may not always be intuitive, and our reception team is available 24/7 and happy to assist with the settings. While our concept may be different from a traditional full-service hotel, we are a modern 3-star ibis Styles hotel, and our room sizes, facilities, and included amenities are displayed across our booking channels before arrival.
