I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my most recent stay at your hotel. I have been a loyal guest of your brand for years and have stayed at your hotel approximately six times. I am confident this history is clearly visible in your CRM system. Because of this long-term relationship, what happened during my last stay was especially shocking and upsetting. First of all, the room I was initially assigned was in very poor condition — old, worn out, and clearly not up to the standard I was used to in your hotel. During my stay, I sat down on the sofa to drink my coffee, and it suddenly broke. I did nothing beyond simply sitting on it. The next day, I was unable to enter my room because I was told that I had “broken the sofa,” as if this were my responsibility. I explained that the quality and condition of the furniture is not something a guest should be blamed for. Additionally, my room key was blocked multiple times, leaving me locked out of my room on several occasions, which was extremely stressful and inconvenient. At the pool area, I was repeatedly told that payment in US dollars was not accepted. This was very surprising, as US dollars are widely accepted across Dubai — even in supermarkets like Carrefour. Instead, I was required to go down to reception, exchange money, and then return upstairs to make a simple payment. This created unnecessary discomfort and inconvenience. There were also several very unpleasant and confusing situations with the staff regarding payments. On more than one occasion, waiters charged the full amount to my card, and I additionally left the same amount in cash, believing it to be a tip, not realizing the bill had already been fully charged. These situations were handled very poorly and left me feeling uncomfortable and taken advantage of. Overall, my stay was extremely stressful. It genuinely feels as though something has changed in your hotel — possibly the management or internal standards — because this experience was completely different from what I had known before. I am currently still staying within your property only because I moved to your apartments. However, I was placed in a two-level accessible unit designed for guests with disabilities, despite having no such needs. Additionally, my apartment faces a construction site, with constant noise, making it impossible to live comfortably. I will stay only until the 5th, and after that, I will never return. I truly loved your hotels and always chose them with confidence. Unfortunately, what happened during this stay has completely ended that relationship. Sincerely,K. Daria

During my recent stay at your hotel, which coincided with my birthday celebration as well as several brand collaborations, I had informed your team in advance that I would be creating content and that the view was a key priority for me. I also notified the hotel that I would arrive at 1:00 PM; however, due to a delay, I arrived at 4:00 PM. Despite this, my room was still not ready. I was initially assigned a corner room where the view did not match what I had clearly requested and emphasized beforehand. After raising my concern, I was moved back to my original room, which unfortunately also did not offer the desired view that I needed for my content creation. Additionally, the service throughout my stay was noticeably slow. Any inquiries I made took a long time to be addressed, and when flower bouquets or items from brands and shops arrived for me, there was a significant delay in delivering them to my room. This was quite disappointing, as I had much higher expectations from your hotel, especially given the importance of this stay for me both personally and professionally. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as I truly expected a smoother and more attentive experience. Sincerely
