All the staff was friendly and helpful. The Gym was always clean and modern. The housekeepers always tended the rooms and were respectful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Also, the pan dulce with my coffee was superb!

Rooms are okay but breakfast is the worst I ever had in an hotel.

Had a terrible time in checking out.......just took 48 mins to complete. The payment was initiated even before issuing the invoice, only receipt was being provided instead of the invoice. On refusing to leave without the invoice, it was finally issued!!!! Bad experience.
