Fantastic welcome by Andrea upon a late arrival. The room was modern, comfortable and spotless. We slept very well. Great views of the mountains surrounding Mexico City. Sergio was very friendly at breakfast despite being very busy. The area felt safe during the day and has many good restaurants within 10 min walk. The metrobus stop is opposite the hotel. The hotel manager went the extra mile to ensure we would have a good stay at our next Novotel. Thank you.
