Good afternoon/good morning, As a member of ALLccor, I almost always stay at hotels within the group and have stayed at this particular hotel several times. Negative points: - I booked 2 rooms through my ALLccor account. At check-in, as I always do, I requested that my credit card be kept on file for the final payment of all accommodation. They did not accept this and demanded a 33,000 MXN "voucher" upfront for both rooms, which I provided. - I sent clothes for laundry and called in the evening to request them back. The response was that I had to pay first, otherwise, they wouldn't deliver my clothes because there was no "voucher" for the laundry! I insisted they deliver my clothes, pointing out that the "voucher" I left for the accommodation should be more than sufficient. - Four colleagues, including myself, stayed at the hotel. My colleague Rita Pinto requested that her luggage be stored for a few hours at check-out since her flight was later that evening. The response was, "we don't have that service, but I invite you to tip me, and I will store it for you!" Essentially, if she paid a bribe, they would do her the "favor." This approach is ridiculous and utterly unprofessional for a hotel guest. - There is an espresso machine in the dining area, but no one knows how to make an espresso. What was served was a terrible watery drink that had nothing to do with espresso. - At my check-out, I reminded them that I had already provided a 33,000 MXN (1,663.75 €) voucher from my account. They presented me with the total for my stay, including the room I booked for my colleague Eric Alarcon, amounting to 28,799.45 MXN. I assumed they would refund the excess amount already deducted from my account, but they did not. They asked for a new payment, which I made, and to this day, the 33,000 MXN (1,663.75 €) from the "voucher" has not been refunded to my account. Best regards, José C. ALLccor member #308103 4 …P X

Excellent hotel, lacking cleanliness

The hotel is, in general, great. The breakfast and its personnel is amazing and the attention is unparalleled but the cleanliness is a little bit lacking as the sheets had light stains. Also, whomever did our room decided to check all our belongings nothing seems to be missing but undoubtedly they went out of their way to go through our stuff. Also, they withdrew makeup from its pouch and "hid" it on the floor so we could conveniently forget it.

Great Staff and Stay in CDMX

All the staff was friendly and helpful. The Gym was always clean and modern. The housekeepers always tended the rooms and were respectful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Also, the pan dulce with my coffee was superb!
