Clean room and bathroom. Good size and comfortable. The reception staff and staff at breakfast were all very helpful. Some noise from the road but my room was quiet.

Comfortable accommodation. Website needs updating. Thought we had breakfast included for the price but it wasn’t and restaurant didn’t have menu that was on website. Expensive compared to other hotels on our road trip.

Great service, good food but the hotel has a rather 1970s feel about it. Could do with some updating. Especially at this pricepoint. There are newer hotels nearby that are only a small amount more expensive and some that are cheaper

Breakfast was ok could do better. The traffic didn’t help me get a good nights sleep. I did mention this as I saw where my room was but was told no one else had complained. So I stayed in my room and had to listen to traffic.

We chose to stay here it was convenient for a festival held at Knebworth. The rooms were clean and tidy, beds comfortable, but the fittings were quite dates. Bathroom clean, shower ok. Staff were helpful. Breakfast reasonable but a bit expensive. Car park was payable, which was surprising.

Horrible Smells bad dirty carpet, not enough outlets. More like a prison than a hotel.

Found the facilities to be rather tired and shabby. The air conditioning was great though. Staff were friendly and helpful but the breakfast offerings were limited and there was only one working coffee machine.

We receive a call prior to check-in and we confirmed our stay. However, when we got there, olwe were given a two single bed instead and df a double. We wanted this corrected but we're told all rooms were booked. So we had to drive back home that day. This was very frustrating

Ny experience was average. My room had no Air Con for 3 days, during heatwave. It took me some effort to address this and get a positive response. Otherwise staff are great and helpful whenever services are required.

Not in room much but did stay overnight and have breakfast. Staff were pleasant enough, check in and check out straightforward. Did have to pay £10 which for an out of centre car park which is excessive, even compared to other chains. Breakfast was okay, the bases covered. Room had some niggles with shower and toilet, but clean and well stocked. Might just be that room, rather than a trend. WiFi was free and worked. Location good for motorway rather than Harlow centre, I needed to get to Epping so this worked well for me. Would stay again, if price competitive, but I could hear Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson complain at breakfast about accessibility issues so that's something to look out for if relevant and I came with others.
