Appalled that it costs £10 to park car overnight

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the overnight parking charge came as an unpleasant surprise. Please note that there has recently been a change in our parking management provider, which has resulted in updated parking fees. These new charges are advertised across our booking platforms; however, we sincerely apologise if this was not communicated clearly enough prior to your arrival. Hotel pleasant enough stained carpet on ground floor, but price of room is good . Car park cost £10 is a bit expensive when already paying for room

Hotel is in very bad condition in general. Reception was ok but the room was awful. There were brown stains up high in the bathroom along with a message from the previous occupant on the mirror. Woodwork was all chipped. Stains everywhere. Gave a 6 because the bed was actually quite nice. Food was expensive for a microwaved curry.
