We arrived after a long day of traveling at around10.30 pm. We were looking forward to a drink in the bar before going to bed. The bar was shut. We had heavy suitcases after our skiing holiday and were given a room on the first floor, there is no lift. They reassigned us a room on the ground floor. Breakfast seemed good but I was ill for 2 days after which may be a coincidence.

We stayed for two nights recently, with our dog. The room was comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Have stayed at your hotel in harlow a few times but this time it was awful the bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was unbelievably bad the eggs were rock hard the bacon was so hard you could have knocked someone out with it the sausages were burnt and the beans were just mush. The pots of conserve have now been changed to a dispenser, we will not be staying here again which is a shame because we used to enjoy it here our stay was on 20th December room 121
