Friendly staff, but the hotel was so worn down, dirty, could really do with a refurb and a deep clean.

Friendly and professional welcome at reception. Room selection was well handled in an efficient and accommodating manner. Room clean and fresh and bed comfortable. Quiet evening in the bar but once again helpful service,. We enjoyed our pizza, Late check out provided as requested with no disturbance during the extended period.
