What a lovely stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy and the bed was so comfy. Only requests would be to have somewhere to sit and do my makeup that has a light and mirror. The breakfast was well worth paying for.

Average stay overall dismayed at noise from boy racers in car park leading to two bad nights sleep, reported to reception. Every evening of my stay there was strong smell of cannabis in lift lobby and outside front entrance of hotel also reported to reception.

Reception area was pleasant and staff very welcoming. We chose not to eat evening meal as restaurant was more like a drinkers bar with nobody eating, also limited menu. The room initially presented as very clean although the floor including under bed needed hoovering. Bathroom compared very favourably with other budget hotels. Our card key did not work initially and we ultimate changed rooms, staff dealt with the issue well.

Room clean and tidy. Tv did not work in 1st room so moved rooms where heater not working. Staff brought portable heater to second room. More maintenance needed to keep repairs cleared

Not being able to pay for the room before hand is a massive issue when your booking on behalf of an employee for business. Emailing the hotel authorisation always brings up and issue so this side of the system needs addressing. I should be able to pay for a room prior to arrival.

Stayed at this hotel many times and never been disappointed. Very friendly staff, clean room and always made to feel welcome. Our dog was made welcome too. Excellent wine on the house for being Accor members. We will return and always recommend your hotel to friends

People banging on my door 3 times scared me to death didn’t dare leave my room bedding unclean and didn’t dare go for a fag due to strangers banging on my door worst night I’ve ever stayed out

Hard mattress, lumpy hard pillows, banging heater.

I barely slept while staying with you. I cannot fault the staff who were friendly and welcoming, but the bed itself was awful. It was like sleeping on a board and the pillows were just as hard and lumpy. This inability to sleep was added to by a loud bang which came from the heater every half an hour or so to wake me up. This was honestly the worst night sleep I've had in a very long time.

The original room we were given was obviously located above either the boiler room or where the air-conditioning was located as the noise was constant and the floor actually vibrated. When I asked for another room this was done without any argument. However my concern is that this room should never be let to any guest. Our second room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of both hot and cold food and drinks. I would certainly stay again as long as it was not in the room we were given originally. I'm sure the hotel staff must be well aware of this problem.
