We are delighted that you found our restaurant staff to be exceptional, with special mentions for Panchi and Kamal, who strive to provide memorable dining experiences for our guests. However, we regret to hear about the issues you experienced with room cleanliness, drainage and shower facilities. We understand that these aspects are crucial for a comfortable stay and our we will be having our maintenance team look into the issues reported. We are also sorry to learn that the waiting time for your food was not satisfactory and that the salmon did not meet your value expectations. We are delighted that the size of the room provided a comfortable environment for your stay, as we strive to offer spacious accommodations for our guests. However, we are saddened to hear that your initial reception was not as warm and informative as we aim for it to be. The first impression is crucial and we apologise for not providing you with the level of service you deserved upon arrival. Moreover, we regret any oversight regarding a wardrobe in your room; our rooms typically feature a wardrobe or closet for our guests' convenience. Concerning the breakfast service, we understand the frustration of waiting to be seated and are reviewing our staffing during these times to ensure prompt and attentive service. Furthermore, we take comments about the cleanliness of our facilities very seriously and we apologise for any stains found on the carpet. Nonetheless, it is gratifying to know that you encountered polite and helpful staff during your visit. It's disappointing to learn that our 24-hour front desk team was not available immediately upon your arrival and we understand how frustrating this must have been after a long day. We strive to provide prompt and courteous service and it seems we fell short in this instance. Moreover, we regret that the room did not meet your expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Please accept our apologies for the condition of the carpet and the discomfort you experienced with the bedding. We aim to offer a restful night's sleep and clearly, we did not achieve this for you. Regarding your breakfast experience, hearing that our staff did not promptly attend to you is concerning. We typically pride ourselves on attentive service and it appears we missed the mark.
